We were put in touch with YVA, and specifically Nick Kephalas, via a third party recommendation. We were getting bogged down with inconclusive, and as we later found out, incorrect advice from a firm of Licensed Conveyancers we had engaged for a complex property transaction. Time was running out for us to Complete to avoid financial penalties.

What a recommendation it proved to be!

Nick very quickly determined what was needed for us to complete the transaction, giving super clear and concise advice and guidance. He responded to our numerous questions extremely quickly - often literally within minutes and certainly the same day, and often outside of normal hours. We even met with him at 07.00hr in the morning - tell me of another Solicitor prepared to meet clients at that time of the day! He demonstrates a total command of his subject.

Nick solves problems. He is also very personable, approachable and has a laser like focus on delivering a successful outcome. He expertly educated the Conveyancers, offering them professional, unambiguous instructions on our behalf that they were able to comply with. The complexities melted away, as did the stress we were feeling.

Nick makes you feel like you are his only client. You get the attention you need and want, and when you want it.

We had never heard of YVA before now. We are so glad we were recommended to the firm, and even more glad we had Nick on our side. He saved us a considerable amount of money.
