I bought a pair of pyjamas - the website and delivery were straightforward and painless, hence the 2 stars but the pyjamas themselves were so disappointing.

Really poorly put together with the thinnest elastic waistband and a hem on the legs that I could have done better myself. The trousers are cut the same front and back so they are tight behind and baggy in front. The arms on the top are weirdly short.

Sadly I was so excited about the pjs that I ripped all the tags off, meaning I couldn’t return them, but I expected much better quality and would not be buying from here again.

I absolutely love my dress. It wasn't easy to iron it,but I managed and the dress was a hit at the wedding I've attended.

The shirt was sewn closed which was not clear on the picture, the sizing was way off- meant to be an 8 but it was closer a 14. The delivery was fine and the product was ok apart from above but I’d have been angry if I had paid full price as quality wasn’t there. I love the colour/ pattern of the shirt though and I’m handy with a sewing machine so I’ve fixed it and can wear it! But it wasn’t great hence poor review, maybe just this particular item though.

I have been buying Yumi dresses/ jumpsuits for years and never had an issue. I love the prints/design and quality of material. However I received a dress for my birthday, when trying it on the seam was on the front of the dress. In fact made it have a headless turtle. (Somethings you can't unsee!) After contacting the customer service they stated it was indeed an fault and I could exchange. However a refund was completed instead. Gifter reordered (At a higher price point as free delivery didn't work with the original money off code) 2nd dress arrives, with the exact same issue. I contacted customer service asking which of the issues was it, a fault in the design, poor quality control and numerous were like this or they'd sent the same dress again. Which wouldn't have happened if the exchange as per first contact! At first I was told it was a one off fault. Then after me asking to confirm a new dress would be sent as normal they emailed to say all in my size were the same. No real apologies just you can send back again for a refund. I am very disappointed, the awkward situation with it being a gift but after wanting to place an other for a few dresses/, jumpsuits this summer I have lost confidence with their quality and service and shopped elsewhere.

The dress arrived and is lovely but it was missing the belt and when I emailed Yumi about it I’ve still had no response five working days later.

Mostly an ok experience with Yumi, apart from the dress I received was missing its belt so had to return it for an exchange. I emailed Yumi customer care about it and this was followed up by James who was very helpful and explained once the dress was returned, reassured me the replacement would be sent very quickly, which it was.
The dress itself is lovely, the quality is good and it fits me well. This is the second dress I've bought from Yumi and will be on the lookout for more in future!

Unfortunately I am still awaiting my refund. I returned the item on the 9th of August

From the moment I paid to the delivery at my door everything was seamless, efficient and very fast. Communication was fantastic.
I ordered a dress and a skirt and both are of excellent quality. I will definitely shop again.
The sizing is a bit bigger than I thought. I bought a small but it’s more like a medium in Australia. I’m tall so I can wear both.

The dress I ordered arrived promptly and in good condition.
It was well made and a nice quality material, the size and colour where true to the image on the website.
I returned the dress as unfortunately it was just too long for me as I am only 5ft tall.

Great. Parcels arrived a day sooner than expected which was great. Delighted with the 2 jumpsuits which fit perfectly apart from leg length which will need shortened as I’m only 5’2”. Lovely colour and beautiful material.

Ordered a jumpsuit which is fabulous.
However I’d did take quite a long time to arrive.

I shall be returning the trousers as they are too big unfortunately I would return them anyway as they were supposed to be crepe trousers which they are definitely not. They are 100% polyester and I would not wear them anyway, very misleading description
