Brilliant service from initial enquiry to delivery.

Perfect service from start to finish with all the relevant covid prevention measures in place, could not do enough to help find the right car to fit my budget, made the whole car buying process so easy just how it should be no pushy sales reps forcing add ons etc, can not recommend these guys high enough, service faultless, car faultless. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.

From start to finish a great service from all at Your Next Car. They gave me all the time I wanted to look around the car hassle free. They helped me tax the car and also gave me drive away insurance at no extra cost. They can’t really be haggled with, but for the quality of the car they’re priced to sell anyway. They also gave me full tank of diesel to get home with!

I recently made an enquiry into buying a car (Wed 21st April ‘21). We discussed price, then I asked how could I reserve the car (as the journey was 120 miles). I was advised by a director (allegedly) to pay the deposit at 10am the following day (despite the fact I had the money ready right there and then).

I took the offered appointment to place the deposit and do the paperwork etc.

So far so good. I called ahead of my 10am appointment (at 9:25am) to be told they had just taken a deposit on the car...

So by this point, I had paid for arranged travel, car insurance and breakdown (all of this was known by said director as we had discussed it the previous day), I even had an appointment to pay the deposit (a time suggested at their convenience), only to be told it’s sold. I explained this was ridiculous.

A long story short, I was then blamed for this - apparently it was my fault???!!!! Eventually he agreed he would cancel the other customers deposit, but only if I offered more money for the car!?! Wow. So at this point I of could of effectively kicked the customer out of the car he now thought he was buying, and have the shoe on the other foot (this is appalling service.. right?).

This business isn’t about service, or honesty, it was about who would pay more for a vehicle.

To be clear.. Your Next Car aren’t an auction site..

Zero honesty. Zero integrity.

The only blessing is that at least this happened before buying the car, imagine having to deal with this problem after the purchase.

There are better, cheaper cars out there, run by people who do actually care about the service they give. Avoid “Your Next Car”. I did.

I contacted Yournextcar on Thursday and picked up the car by Friday. A convertible
BMW in mint condition! The whole process went extremely smoothly including organising finance, registration etc. Very positive experience !! Highly recommended.

Saw the car on Auto Trader and called Naqeeb, extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start. Arrived in Nottingham on the Tuesday afternoon following a courtesy call in morning from the team to check everything was ok and I was still attending, a nice touch which made me feel valued. The showroom was professional yet comfortable and I felt at ease, not the usual pushy sales when buying a used car. Richard took me for a test drive and was nice, helpful and provided all the information required regarding the car. Had a very minor niggle regarding the car, this was rectified immediately. Really happy with the car and the service, would definitely buy from these guys again.

Waseem was an absolute gent! No pressure on sale, had a long test drive. This far from a slezzy unprofessional car sales garage. After the sale he helped me tax the car and ensured I was happy with the purchase before I left the garage.
Will definitely be coming back for my next car.

Didn’t know what to expect when I arrived at the garage. Made me relaxed and showed me the car I was interested in and put no pressure on the sale. Let me have a long test drive. And again no pressure for the sale. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend

Appalling garage. They buy cheap low spec BMW's, put cheap alloys and cheap plastic body kits on them and charge way over the top prices for them. Their customer service is awful. Avoid at all costs!

My Experience with YNC ltd has been first class from start to finish, I am apalled at reading the bad review on here and here is why....
I have spent the last 6 months extensively researching the right car to purchase that still gave me petrol, manual, around 2 litre and I wanted one of the big 4 Brands for the first time. The BMW 420i was the perfect fit so I knew the car before I knew of YNCltd. YNC are based on Nottingham and I am from Liverpool with no knowledge of them.
Going onto Autotrader you very quickly see YNC pop up alot more than other traders and regularly. the fact that YNC has the Msport hidden in their logo told me they were BMW specialists but you still do the research. From researching , yes the prices seem a "little" higher than others at first for the 420i specifically but when you review each car and learn of the source of the cars from this garage you realise why. YNC have incredible relationships with BMW dealers and the cars come into their garage ex company/fleet cars...this means they tend to have less miles, cars that are only just out of warranty with BMW and therefore not overpriced at all!. These cars are all pristine. each car comes into YNC and is then fitted with lovely genuine alloys and M sport bodystyling - maintaining a classy look and not overdone.
When you watch the videos on Autotrader, the young lads are extremely professional and know the cars really well and care about their trade.
When I first called, I spoke with Naqeeb - this guy is so professional and yet so friendly and his thanks tell you that this family run company is cared for.
I called about one 420i but missed on reserving it by a few hours and it went instantly. I wanted a petrol, X drive, manual.
Amazingly, one came in and was going through body styling, Naqeeb called me personally two days later and mentioned the car and had only 13k on the clock, incredibly it was also my colour of choice, the deep mineral grey. I put the reserve on.
Myself and girlfriend travelled down on the saturday, the car was being washed in front of us, Naqeeb met with us and we got a cup of coffee and taken to see the car. The car was gorgeous.
a young lad came with me to test drive, so professional and knew his BMW-great experience and all lockdown safety measures followed
The car turned out to have a very slight scuff at front and when spotted money was knocked off and agreed very easily.
The car did not have half a tank, a further £70 was knocked off price
Naqeeb and this team were so professional and you could feel the care they had in their trade.
All paperwork was so smooth and another guy helped me understand how the run flat tyres worked and answered final questions.
Amazing to find YNC-so many BMW's and all treated the same which is why they have such a consistency to what they do and the customers they have.
The car was a dream to drive home
Sadly the engine light came on, on way home, however due to the 3 month warranty with the car, it was booked into the local BMW dealership after speaking with Naqeeb once more, sailed through all of their checks and turned out just needed an oxygen sensor. The BMW garage also commented on how good the car was considering not purchased from BMW.
All of YNC details given to BMW and cost covered.
The car now sits proudly on my driveway and I could not have asked for better care throughout.
if you want a BMW, YNC should be at the top of the list purely because they have such experience with them and lots of them which means they are likely to have what you are looking for or can source it.

Great company, bought me e92 everything went smoothly, they paid for half a tank of fuel for me which was generous. Couple weeks later had a wee issue with the car but naqeeb had it in a garage and sorted for me what a guy.

Recently purchased a 1 Series BMW which I am delighted with. Can’t thank Naqeeb and the team enough for there outstanding customer service. Fluent communication throughout, with attention to detail to ensure we had all the information we needed. With the current lockdowns restrictions in place, Naqeed arranged for the car to be delivered. You don’t get that everyday! Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the search for a new car.
