Absolutely top notch service, I highly recommend. I bought a beautiful BMW 5 series M Sport and loving it already. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, made the whole experience easy. Keep up the good service guys.

Saw a car we were interested in, phoned for an appointment to view. Ryan met us and showed us the car. Ryan didn't sell the car, the car sold itself, it was immaculate, could not fault it. Deal done, Waseem sorted the rest, easy process. On collection day greeted by helpfully and polite staff, handover no problem and we were on out way.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, daher würde ich bei diesem Händler kein Fahrzeug mehr kaufen. Ein beim Kauf schon vorhandener Mangel wurde erst nur unsachgemäß behoben. Das, und mehrere weitere Mängel, die auf der „Jungfernfahrt“ mit dem Auto auftraten, sind zwar beseitigt worden, haben aber dazu geführt, dass wir mehrfach wieder zu der Werkstatt fahren und das Auto für längere Zeit zwecks Reparatur dort lassen mussten. Das war jedes Mal eine Strecke von 100km. Somit sind ganz schön viele Kilometer zusammengekommen. Bei den Benzinpreisen im Frühjahr war das sehr ärgerlich. Außerdem war es für uns sehr ärgerlich, weil wir das schon eingeplante Fahrzeug nicht benutzen konnten und somit sehr viel umorganisieren und improvisieren mussten.
Da wir durch die gesetzliche Gewährleistung das Recht haben, unsere Aufwendungen in Rechnung zu stellen, hatte ich ein faires Angebot gemacht, dass wir lediglich das Benzin für eine der Fahrten in Rechnung stellen (90€) und den Rest auf unsere eigene Kappe nehmen. Das war diesem Autohaus nicht einmal eine Antwort wert. Natürlich wurde auch der Betrag nicht überwiesen. Wegen 90€ werde ich jetzt kein Gericht bemühen. Die haben eh schon genug zu tun.
Wir hätten uns eine effektivere, schnellere, bessere und kulantere Abwicklung gewünscht. In diesen Fall verdient der Service leider nicht mehr als max. 1 Stern. Schade…

Hi we saw a car we liked so we spoke to wes and he held the car until Saturday morning for us too look at and the car we bought was ioniq 5 and we spoke with wes and he walked us through the steps to purchase the vehicle and nothing was too much trouble he looked after us really well nice polite and welcoming the whole experience was a fabulous service starf to finish thank you wes and the team it was amazing day highly recommended

From start to finish the experience was so quick and easy. Everyone was very helpful! Waseem especially! He was so welcoming and just made everything easy to understand. Would definitely recommend for your next car. Especially if you’re looking to get on the same day too.

I never write reviews, but these guys definitely deserve one. I went to collect my new car today and upon collection found some light marks on the car. Once pointed out they were straight on the case. About an hour later the car was looking perfect thanks to there detailer. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Such an easy experience. I have already recommended YNC to friends.

What made my experience great was the level of customer service and honesty throughout the entire process. Naeem was incredibly helpful from the beginning and made the purchase of my 2020 BMW X3 smooth and stressfree.

What stood out most was the aftersales support. While driving home after purchasing the car, an engine check light appeared which was understandably worrying. I contacted them immediately and they reassured me they would take care of it, and they genuinely did. They kept to their word, resolved the issue professionally, and made sure everything was sorted.

Ich habe letztes Jahr einen Sharan BJ. 2016 mit Garantie gekauft, die einen mehr oder weniger auf geschwätzt wurde.
Dann der Schock, nach 6 Monaten die erste Inspektion beim hiesigen Autohaus und der Werkstattmeister fragte sich wie der Wagen TÜV bekommen konnte.
Alle Reifen sind einseitig abgefahren und die Träger sowie die Federn sind dermaßen vergammelt das alles ausgetauscht werden muss.
Außerdem hingen Kabel lose herum am Fahrzeugboden die meine Werkstatt befestigt hat.
Nach vorlegen der Mängel gab's kein Entgegenkommen seitens des Händlers und man wird drauf verwiesen dass es Verschleiß sei und die Garantie nicht hafte.
Es zeigt das der 100 Punkte Plan der vorab gemacht wurde nur Symbolisch ist und dann darf man dieses Stück Papier nicht einmal Fotografieren.
Das Auto ist überteuerter Schrott und man kann lieber von Privat kaufen, da die Garantie nur für das Portemonnaie der Händler gut ist.
Jetzt musste ich nach über einem Jahr auch noch feststellen, dass eine so pfuschig übergemalte Delle im Dach vorhanden ist,die mir beim Kauf verschwiegen wurde.
Der Fall ist beim Rechtsanwalt und vielleicht kann der noch etwas bewirken.
Fazit: Kauft lieber Privat, die gibt's meist viel günstiger und wenn etwas ist steht man genau so da wie beim Händler.
Zahlt lieber vorab etwas Geld an einen Gutachter der das Auto durchcheckt.

Came to view some cars and after a discussion with Naeem, I came away with a stunning car. They made me very welcome and their cars are stunning and extremely well prepared. There was no pressure in the sale and they were very accommodating. If your looking for a quality car, then try YNC.

We went down to look at a car we were very interested in but wasn't able to test drive it without putting a deposit down. Never heard of that in my life. Very arrogant and rude. Seems like they had something to hide.

Der Geschäftsführer/Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und zu empfehlen. Nach diversen Gesprächen habe ich das von mir gewünschte Fahrzeug leider nicht gekauft. Die vorgeschlagenen Mängelbeseitigungen entsprachen nicht meinen Vorstellungen…..

We went to look for a car 2 weeks ago, and the whole experience was great. The team were on hand to help and advise, with no pressure or sales pitches. This was a massive thing for us as we don't like to be hounded. We found a car we liked and they let us test drive it there and then.
We decided we wanted to purchase the car and they were again very helpful with no pressure.
A week later we picked the car up and are very happy with it. A day after taking the car home we noticed a mark on the door, that we hadn't noticed before. We called them and they offered to contribute to fixing the mark, or for us to go back up to them to sort. Could not be more impressed with the whole experience and with Naz, who was fantasitc.
We would reccommend them to anybody wanting a BMW

Bought a 330e which was great spec, these guys were not pushy, very friendly, unfortunately didn't have the 2nd key. Waseem said if they couldn't find it in 2 weeks, they would pay for a new one and he was as good as his word. Would definitely use these guys again for my next motor.

It is rare that I write reviews, but I have now owned my BMW 330e that I bought from YNC for two years, and I am still happy with the car. There was no pressure selling, no urgency, and the car was clean and valeted when I got there to pick it up.

Yes, I did go for one with the silly aftermarket body kit and 20" alloys - but this was the reason I wanted it! It remains a head-turner wherever I go, even if they are not OEM parts.

The only issues I had - the "flashing" rear brake light in the centre of the bumper, this is - despite what they tried to tell me - not road legal. Fortunately I was able to disconnect it, they had wired it through a neat junction box into the right rear brakes, it took just 10 minutes of YouTube to sort that. Also the car had a windscreen chip in the drivers view, but it has gone through two MOT since with no issue so it must be small - the salesman knocked off £75 from the price for this. Finally the charging cable doesn't work, but this was not expensive to source.

I didn't need to get back in touch with YNC at all after my purchase. The car has now done 26,000 miles with me in it, all good - touch wood!

The cheap tyres they put on weren't much fun at higher speeds on the Autobahn, and so I replaced with Michelins - but at £280 a corner these 20" wheels don't run cheap.

Other than a replacement water pump, all I have needed in the last two years is normal wear and tear sundries. I haven't even needed new brakes!

And, best of all, looking on AutoTrader today, the car is worth more than my outstanding loan, so I am still quids in. I would come back to YNC again.
