However, they apologized and sent me second order as a gift. Additionally, it reached me before time.

I actually received my ordered items, unlike a lot of other people. It did take almost 2 months to get them. However, they sent me the size 4xl and I ordered 2xl, going off the sizing chart on their website.
I queried this via email and received a prompt response saying the sizing runs small and it wasn’t a mistaken send. I replied saying that I was aware of the sizing and made sure I checked the chart and ordered accordingly. No response. Tried again. No response. Escalated via PayPal. They didn’t respond to that either. I asked for half my money back because I’m going to try amend them to the size that I actually need. Paypal ruled in my favour.

Placed an order on 22nd April and am still awaiting delivery. There's no tracking updates. It just says left for destination country for the past month. Support responds to my email only once in a blue moon and that too don't tell me anything about my order. Just lots of excuses about covid-19

Your Moon Time period Underwear is a scam. Order from them on 04/01/2020 (spend $50+) and still have not received any Your Moon Time underwear till this date! Found their ads on Instagram, but their website and their tracking website are all fake. I paid You Moon Time via Paypal, I attempted to dispute the charge, the seller wants me to send their product to (they ended up sending me some no brand underwear that's all the wrong size, after I filed Paypal claims) Australia in order to refund me. Well, I didn't care for underwears that I did not order and that's the wrong size. So I tried to return it, but the shipping along (with tracking) was going to be $40! I never sent back, and count it as a lost. The worst nightmare happened 3 days ago, when my credit card was fraudulent charged of $630+ , I regret ordering something I thought was a good deal and end up going through months of stress of disbuting and my money getting stolen from my bank account!!! It's not worth it. I hope you report this to Instagram, Social media, and other platform. Your Moon Time period Underwear is a SCAM.

Scam... same story as others. It’s been 3 months and now not replying to my emails.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! They are the worst!!!!!! Have not recieved my item and they don't respond any email!!!!! Four months trying to get my money back or the purchase and still waiting!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!

IT'S A SCAM!! Avoid this website at all costs! They are not real - this is a Chinese company that only appears to be legit, but after 2,5 of waiting I've never received what I ordered and their customer support is not responding. I've filed for chargeback from my credit card company and hope to get my money back, and I would have been far better off buying them from legit local provider. DO NOT ORDER unless you like to get stressed over your online orders. Also - my review was deleted from their website, the reviews you see there are all fake.

Before Covid-19 even happened, I waited 6 weeks. Then...the underwear I finally recieved cannot be described as AU size 16 by any "stretch" of the imagination. Far too small, so they are not fit for purpose. Twice I emailed a request to start the returns process. It's been 2 months and I have had no reponse from YourMoonTime about how to return the product.
And then... I discovered that their payment system is unsecure, and my credit card details had been stolen and used. I had to cancel my card and pursue compensation from my bank. And when I tried to get a reponse from YourMoonTime about that, they spammed me instead. So I began warning people to beware of YourMoonTime on FaceBook. No response from YourMoonTime. But they did delete my warnings, and block me from making any comments on their page.
And then... I started getting spam from loads of Australian retail websites. So I suspect they sold my personal details.
What YourMoonTime have and have not done, proves to me beyond doubt that they have no interest in selling period products. Just scamming and harvesting personal details for profit.

I thought they'd never arrive, and then after reading trustpilot reviews was considering contacting my credit card company and reporting fraud. BUT, they did arrive after nearly a month and seem to have delivered the product as advertised. My moon time will tell :)

yourmoontime period underwear is a scam from China. They appear to sell period underwear at super cheap price. Having yourmoontime website, models, instagram ads, social media, that "appears" to be real. But they are not. I paid $28 first then got scammed to place a second order at much lower price, totally spent $72 between 2 orders. They have a fake tracking website tracking the "package that's on the way". Sending emails about "it's in the mail" lol, it's a scam people! your moon time set up fake website, and tracking system to show that the product you order in on the way. But it never got shipped out. I hope you paid with Paypal, so you can hurry up and escalate to a claim and get your money back. Don't be fooled and wait for 2 months, yourmoontime underwear will never come. Because it was never real in the first place!!!

Have placed an order that never came, sent more than 6-7 emails to ask for my refund.
They always reply back saying that they can't see my emails. I've tried contacting them everywhere facebook instagram.
Lost $70, please stay away
