I truly hate to write this review because Moon Time’s avowed mission is long overdue and I approve so much of it. They say: "Our company was created by women to educate women and girls around the world with the knowledge to support a cleaner, healthier period." Wow.

I fell for their pictures of pretty, ‘normal-looking’ period panties and paid the consequences. I wanted to be comfortable with my body and my underwear,. I bought their expensive panties in August, and even fell for adding three extra pairs “on sale” at checkout:

The minute I placed my order, before the package even arrived, I got daily promotional email and ‘panty credits’ offers. even after I begged for it to stop,

The panties, when arrived, looked lovely -- but felt like I had them on backwards, no matter how I wore them. The tight leg elastic chafed and trapped moisture against my skin. (I had ordered a size 2X, and normally wear a size 8) By the second day I had the start of a a nasty rash.

I emailed them about the problems, and asked to return the unused panties, on Sept. 6th. I got total silence from ‘customer support’.. I haven't heard a squeak from them since, even after I gave up and shipped the panties back to them. The barrage of marketing continued until I unsubscribed.

Bottom line (please forgive the pun) this is just another company that exploits women’s embarrassment and shame with flashy marketing and a product that amounts to physical and psychological punishment for being female. If you have problems they go blind, deaf and mute. I can’t just let that rest..

Keep looking, though – don’t let one company’s greed discredit their claimed goal. Somebody will do it right, and when they do, they’ll get a five-star review.

I bought some packs from them back in July/August, got 1 text message about delivery to Australia, I live in NZ so thought maybe it was switching delivery services. After 6 days I started messaging and emailing them. No reply... to this day I have neither the product nor a refund.
They're straight up thieves. Don't buy from them.

SCAM!!!! These panties claim to be absorbent, but they are regular panties. No padding in them what so ever!!!!!

The delivery takes forever. The products are missized. The period underwear are super unabsorbant and leak profusely. They do not last even for an overnight. In addition they are not made for actual vaginas. The crotch literally disintegrates after a single leaky use. Worst product I ever wasted money on.

I recieved my order 3 weeks after placing it. The tracking number they sent me worked and I was able to follow my packages progress from China to Alaska. The items are as described and true to the companies size charts (different than standard american sizing).

Poor quality. After only a couple of uses, the elastics are fraying badly. A few more uses and the elastic will be gone. These underwear are not readily absorbent. So, if you have heavy constant flow they will leak everywhere. The sizing runs very small. Order 2 sizes up. I was hoping these would help the environment and save me money. They aren’t going to do either of those things. Save your money, buy a better product.

1st off the absorbent part doesn't come up high enough in the front so it just leaks over the front. Secondly it leaked through after just 20min. The reussable pads I bought on wish lasts 6 hours! And they are just $14. They do fix nicely and feel comfortable but they don't work at all.

I would give it them a zero if I could...I should have looked up reviews before purchasing because it seems like I’m not the only who got scammed. After waiting almost 2 months I sent an email to support asking what’s going on. They sent me the USPS tracking code which said it was shipped back to the original sender in New York...when I reached out again sending them a screen shot of the tracking code stating it was sent back, they responded they were not liable for stolen, lost or damaged packages. Which is not the case, I emailed them for the 3rd time stating it was neither on those and I want my money back and it seems to have gotten me no where...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!! I ordered Thinx, got them in 3 days with the correct sizes and products....your moon time is a total scam.

Worst company to deal with. Undies were wrong size and sent back to China even though they were posted from Nsw . After a month still haven’t received my money back. Very dodgy

Never received product. Customer support refused to send another or provide a refund.

If you’re expecting organic cotton, organic cotton these are NOT! After emails back and forth about how I did not get what I ordered, they tried to tell me that bamboo IS organic cotton... Then they told me they are sending me the correct order, it’s been 4 months. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. Also they are ill fitting and uncomfortable.

I took months and months for me to receive my order.. I sent countless emails and messages on messenger..
They kept making excuses they didn't receive my emails, once I finally received them they sent large instead of small sizes and I could tell the quality was below average, threads already coming out and elastic saggy..

I opted to return the products for a refund, I was told to Send the products back to China (for a UK based online company) then I was told to send them to QLD..
At my expense (keeping in mind they sent the wrong product)

Eventually after almost 9 months of arguing back and forth and teaching the customer service staff the laws regarding invoicing and returns..

I received a refund minus the "shipping fee" that of which I was never actually invoiced due to the amount I spent..

Yes you better believe I continued to fight this lack of full refund until I finally received it yesterday.

These guys are unprofessional, overcharging and deceiving their customers.. Dont waste your time or money, save extra and go and get thinx or modi bodi instead.. Save yourself the hassle of fighting for what you paid for.. And then fighting to return what you didn't actually order.

I have ordered size according their size chart. Product arrived after some time and turns out is it too small.
They do not mentioned where they based. My parcel came from UK address so i asked can i return by this address.

Horrible company, their customer service is the worst, my order is three months old and has not arrived yet, and I doubt it will arrive. They do not respond to the emails, they are not responsible, I have asked them for an answer or refund and, they do not answer, they should take away their sales permit, it is the WORST company, do not buy

Their website states they are located on the Gold Coast, so I was surprised to receive an email from them about a week after ordering stating that my order had left their warehouse in Asia and was waiting to be shipped to Australia!!!! OVER THREE MONTHS LATER my order finally arrived!!!! The product itself is absolute rubbish!! Polyester type material with a plastic, YES PLASTIC, liner sewn into the crotch. That’s it - just two layers of rubbish material. Of course they do not work to hold anything, and here’s the best bit (NOT): the plastic makes a scrunching sound when you walk, so you can leave everyone around you wondering if you’ve stuffed your pants with plastic bags. Mmmm very attractive! :( Stick to Modibodi (they are awesome, I shouldn’t have even considered looking elsewhere). AVOID YOURMOONTIME LIKE THE PLAGUE!
PS The worst bit is the waste of resources used in the manufacture, packaging and shipping of this defective product. My main reason for seeking period underwear is to reduce my impact on the planet, and rubbish like this has the opposite result. Infuriating!

I ordered on 28/4/2020, the order was shipped on 4/5, I received the order on 18/8 after so many months of delay and with great surprise I realized that the size they have sent me was wrong! I ordered M and I received XL!!! Meanwhile I wrote to them on 25/6 to ask what was happening with my order and after a few days I received a vague reply that my order was on the way, but I couldn’t get any updates and when I contacted them through Messenger all I got was automated replies.Their customer service is terrible. I wrote to them again today attaching photos of the order I placed and the order I received. I just hope to receive my order ASAP or at least my money back. I regret having ordered from them, they are so untrustworthy. Never again. If I don’t get any response, I’m going to contact PayPal.

I wouldn't recommend these as they took 3 months to arrive and the material / cut wasn't amazing. However I definitely will continue to try other brands of period underwear. These in combination with a softdisk saved my wedding day! If it wasn't for them having arrived 3 days before my wedding this review would only be 1 star. Listen to the other reviews and just buy thix instead.

The company said it was based on the Gold Coast near where we live we purchased these three months ago and have been requesting a refund as we have not received the goods they’re only reply was if you don’t get them we will send more they ignore all of our requests now only we have found out that they are not on the Gold Coast but in China a typical lying organisation trying to rip off people
We are now have to go through our payment process now to get our money back which we will do eventually
These types of organisations that cause misery and problems on our planet they are messing with my moon time and they should know better than to do this to women and sensitive issues

I am yet to receive my product. I ordered it on May 6th. It is July 22nd today. I wrote them numerous emails, and they keep saying it is on its way. The tracking number doesn't do much and never updates. This is probably a scam. I guess I lost my money... so if you are reading this: STAY AWAY FROM YOURMOONTIME.COM!!!!

I would rate these guys a 0 if I could. Shipping takes months if it ever comes. I ordered a 3 pack of Lyra Bambo underware and a menstral cup. Two of the 3 Lyra underwear came which I was refunded for one pair. However, the underware is thick and bulky, not as shown or advertised. My menstral cup never came after 106 days and when I contacted support they told me since it made it to the US its not their problem. Buy from a US store to ensure you actually recieve your products. All in All an aweful experience.
