I purchased a vehicle from this dealership which has experienced ongoing faults within the first year of ownership. This matter has now been ongoing since December 2025 and remains unresolved.
The vehicle displayed an “Engine fault – repair needed” warning, which I reported promptly. I was advised that it was safe to continue driving while parts were awaited. The vehicle subsequently deteriorated and ultimately suffered complete breakdown.
What has been particularly frustrating is the level of communication and delay. It took approximately one month for Kevin, the Service Manager, and his team to respond meaningfully to phone calls and emails regarding the initial fault. I ultimately had to drive to the dealership in person just to speak to someone and secure a booking. It then took a further month awaiting parts. The entire process has been slow, exhausting, and unnecessarily stressful.
I am now being told the DPF requires replacement, with suggestions that liability rests with me. However, the full timeline — including dealer advice to continue driving and the delay in repair — has not been properly addressed.
Most concerning is the attempt to withdraw the courtesy vehicle while liability remains formally disputed and an independent inspection is pending. Removing a courtesy car in the middle of an active Section 75 finance dispute, when the original vehicle is undriveable and still in their possession, demonstrates a serious lack of empathy and customer care.
I have not authorised any chargeable work and have formally escalated the matter to my finance provider under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. I remain willing to resolve this professionally, but the handling of this situation has been draining and disappointing.
Prospective buyers should carefully consider how post-sale issues are managed.

I was sold a Tesla by Your Car Supermarket Coventry that supposedly had a valid MOT, yet it had heavily worn tyres and wheel alignment that was not road-legal. There is simply no acceptable explanation for how this vehicle passed an MOT in that condition. Either the inspection was careless, or it should never have been passed. Both possibilities are alarming.
They were fully aware I have a toddlers. Selling a vehicle in an unsafe condition, knowing it would be used to transport a 2 young children, is beyond irresponsible.
The lack of transparency did not stop there. The panoramic roof has a significant crack — something that was never disclosed during the sale. This is not a minor cosmetic issue; it is a major defect that any honest seller would have pointed out.
I also paid extra for a paint protection coating, which began peeling from the front bumper and rear of the car within just two months. Charging extra for a “protective” treatment that fails almost immediately feels like a complete waste of money.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The lack of transparency, questionable MOT standards, and poor-quality add-on services make this a business I cannot recommend to anyone.

My wife and I visited YourCarSupermarket Coventry twice, planning to buy a car with cash. On the first visit, the car was blocked by other vehicles, one tyre was flat, and the salesperson was unable to move the car or inflate the tyre so that we could take a test drive.The second visit was scheduled for a Saturday to ensure the car would be ready for a test drive. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the salesperson seemed surprised by our visit, and the car was still not prepared again blocked by other vehicles, with the tyre still flat.
The lack of preparation, inconsistent pricing information, and poor customer service left us feeling ignored and disappointed.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this Coventry dealership.

Absolutely dreadful service, I would avoid buying a car from here!!
Purchased a car and agreed to pick it up a week later. After over an hours drive and arriving at the garage, we were told we weren’t expected and after checking the car it became apparent the car hadn’t been cleaned, washed or serviced. We were reassured this isn’t their normal customer service.
We took collection of the car and agreed to come back for the service. 3 weeks later, and on the date the car was booked in for the service with another hour plus drive, again we weren’t expected and due to the above, the “one”hour service turned into nearly 5hrs and that 5hrs was waiting in a nearby cafe with the hour increasing as the day went by. Instead of being honest about the situation upon arrival we just had excuse after excuse and no empathy or genuine apology.
I certainly have never had an experience like this before and didn’t expect to buy a car that as sweet wrappers in upon collection and to be completely misled from the moment we arrived for the service that had quite clearly not being booked in.

I rang on Mon 26 Jan to say I wanted to see a car the car in the advert looked brilliant on Sat 31 Jan I got to the dealers, they have the keys to look at the motor, baring in mind they had a week to do something when I looked at the car it was filthy outside, wheels had been rash, and inside wasn't much better empty drink cans, empty cigarette packet and other rubbish, very dissapointed

Extremely bad experience. I did an enquiry about a car ,i was told that is still available and is ok to come the next day.Despite bad weather and snow,i was there by midday. I was given the keys and wandering around the car for half an hour. When i got inside to ask for a test drive i was told that was sold.I took a day off from work plus travel expenses from London and all i got was an apology. I asked for expenses reimbursement and i was told that is my fault that i trusted them.Please don't trust all this good fake reviews. If they are treating a potential customer like that,imagine how it this after they take your money and you have a problem with your car.
