Odpowiedź od Your Blinds Direct
Thanks, Vince.
We’ve always felt that buying online should be straightforward, with no fuss and no nasty surprises. We try to run things the way we’d want a company to deal with us, so it’s lovely to know we’re getting that right. Enjoy your purchase.

We hope you enjoy your new Wooden Venetians.
Third blind purchase
This is the third matching blind I have bought from Your Blinds Direct. I like the 35m wide slat profile and the natural white colour to the True design.
I now plan to purchase vertical blinds for my patio doors at the end of this month

Odpowiedź od Your Blinds Direct
We’re disappointed to receive a one-star review, particularly as we were keen to help resolve the issue.
As soon as the customer contacted us, we responded and asked for some additional information so we could properly assess what had happened and determine the best way to put things right. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a further response, which meant we were unable to investigate the matter any further or offer a suitable resolution.
We will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and effectively as possible, and we’re sorry we weren’t given the opportunity to do so on this occasion.

The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!
