Honestly I'm amazed! The curtains were a steal bargain, I didn't expect much with the price I paid, it seemed too good to be true however the curtains arrived with fast delivery and I'm very impressed with the quality, colour, everything! They're perfect! Thank you so much

Very high quality curtains exactly as ordered. We couldn’t have asked for better curtains to be made.

Giving four stars because we felt we would have really benefitted from some kind of instructions coming with the curtains to help us to hang them properly. Also the three different curtains we ordered were not labelled in any way and it was very difficult to work out which was which. Also because we felt communication about postage/delivery was quite poor. Postage/delivery estimations weren’t stuck to by the company or delivery service which was difficult as we didn’t want to miss the delivery.

The colour was pretty perfect, but the quality was not what we expected.

The colour was pretty perfect to 'match' our bed, however, a little disappointed with the quality, ( especially, as we saw better curtains in our local store, at half the price )...The only drawback being ,that they did not have the colour we wanted...

Order delayed to July and cancellation ignored

I placed an order (Order 306009126) on 29 March 2026 for made-to-measure curtains (£487.95), with an estimated dispatch date of early April.

The delivery timeframe was later unilaterally changed to end of July 2026, which was not acceptable.

I requested cancellation following this change and have sent multiple messages, none of which have been answered.

I have now issued a formal Letter Before Action requesting cancellation and a full refund. This has been acknowledged by their system but still no response has been provided.

I am currently waiting for resolution but, based on the lack of communication so far, this has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend their service to anyone.
