Great service but I have a complaint about the track pants when it gets wet it leaves blotches on the garment im just a little upset as it's such a great brand I brought alot of garments that day just thought I'd pop in and say a few things thanks

Such quick service! I ordered my Matariki hoodie on Tuesday and it arrived in Poihakena/Sydney this morning - the day of Matariki! Size and quality feels great, arohanui kia koutou!

I bought a set then the sent me an email saying it was out of stock then I didn’t receive my refund so I lost over $100 dollars

The quality of the clothes is a 5 star, bur their customer service and lack of communication is a huge red flag. I waited 19 days for my order to come, I ordered a t-shirt and pants. But it took them 17 days to tell me the t-shirt I ordered was out of stock and they refunded me which I was grateful for but the shirt shouldn't have been available on the website. Then when my order finally arrived, it was a pair of pants in a giant box... and the pants were the wrong style and wrong size...

No communication iv been waiting 15 days for my order still no update shit place

For such a well known clothing line you’d think orders are packed accordingly to the customers order etc. I’ve been waiting for a tshirt since last year Dec 8th 2023 , it’s now August 10th , 8 months since I’ve been waiting for my order that I paid for to be packed and sent. Customer service is so crap that they don’t even reply . They treat the non famous people like crap but so fast to adhere to the famous people’s orders.

Love the quality. I was a little worried for the price these hoodies would not be worth it... but I am stoked with my purchase. The hoodies stand up to the might Dunedin weather

Hoodie quality are amazing but what a mess around.
I was missing one hoodie and one was the wrong hoodie. They said they would send me a return label but after a week I emailed them and they emailed me the label. Just received my correct order but I'm still missing a hoodie. I ordered over a month ago and spent almost $300. Very disappointed

I was sent the wrong items then got worried they weren't going to respond after reading these reviews. After a few tense days I have heard back and it is very favorable outcome, phew :-)

Purchased a got your back medium box and I just loved the items that were chosen for me..The hoodies ,singlet and shirt I love all the colours as well...awesome quality and worth the spend..

I love youknow clothes the quality and fit is excellent. Their customer service is amazing. My parcel was lost in transit so I emailed youknow and they sorted me a new package and sent it out express that day.

i love u know clothings clothes but there customer service is terrible i brought a hoodie and a T-Shirt on there black friday sales but my T-Shirt never showed up and i have not got a refund and my hoodie was a size to small and i have being trying to get in contact to exchange the hoodie and try and get my shirt but i have had no reply

Tried to swap a Tshirt for a different size and was told we couldn't because the sealed plastic bag had to be ripped open to try on the Tee. Apparently you can't damage the packaging when trying something on yet they sealed the bag. They also made up other reasons such as white fluff on the Tshirt and a white mark.

Returned an item via post last month but I’ve had no comms from customer service regarding a refund. 4 weeks later - still no response or refund. This bad experience has turned me off buying any more you know clothing and I will not be recommending to any others.

Ordered 2 items but I only received 1. Emailed them about it and I haven’t received a reply yet and it’s been 1 week already. I didn’t even receive Comms to say I was only getting 1 out of 2 items. Customer service sucks!!

Quality gears no doubt, horrible service. Ordered 2 pieces but only received 1. If they were out of stock of the missing piece, an email would’ve been appreciated. Sent an email to their support people. Haven’t received anything back and it’s been a week. So yeah, good product, bad communication

Poor quality and mediocre customer service. They said that they would call me back the next day but didn’t, so, I called them and they did not answer. Left a message and they still have not returned my phone call a week later. Pretty much a reflection of the quality of this company and its products, overhyped with zero substance and standards. Will not last long with the way they treat customers
