Called to collect Isabella windbreak…
Called to collect Isabella windbreak Staff were at lunch so difficult to get immediate advice as to where the windbreak was. Shop was unattended. Finally was advised by someone in the new caravan area so everything became clear.
At least we know where it is and where to get in!

Ordered on line, money taken from my account, a week later I rang them when nothing had
arrived apparently online orders are done from a different address so they didn't know where my order was! Checked my bank and I'd had a refund!! No explanation, no apology! Now I haven't got time to order elsewhere before my holiday next week.

This is clearly stated on the first and subsequent pages of the site. You were immediately refunded for the items you had tried to purchase. We are sorry we are unable due to reduced staff workload to offer a delivery service for all items and that you found this unsatisfactory. We are hoping to return to normal within the foreseeable future and this will be posted on the website for all orders.

Camping chair
I ordered a camping chair as a present for my husband and when it didn't arrive I enquired and found out that it had been discontinued ! They had already taken my money! So I had to rush to get something to replace it in time. It was a shame because I had researched it and this was the one I wanted. ☹

Exceptional service provided in exceptional times. At the time of my order the business was only able to provide a click and collect service, living in Portsmouth this facility was not available to me. However the staff bent over backwards to complete my order and arrange a delivery to here in the south. Order placed and goods recieved within 2 days.
