But for coronavirus intervening
I ordered the parts just before the lockdown occurred, so it took some time for them to arrive. No reflection on the seller who's hands were tied by the government.

First class service.
This was the product that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
However due to the Covid19 pandemic the company where only offering a `click and collect` service, which I failed to notice when I placed my order.
However they telephoned me and explained and then agreed to post the item if I paid the postage which I readily agreed to do.
First class service they went the extra mile.

Hi Customer, We are sorry you are disappointed with You Can Caravan. Due to extreme circumstances at present we are only offering a 'Click and Collect Service' via the website. This is clearly stated on the first and subsequent pages of the site. You will have been refunded for items you had tried to purchase. We are sorry we are unable due to reduced staff workload to offer a delivery service for all items and that you found this unsatisfactory. We are hoping to return to normal within the foreseeable future and this will be posted on the website for all orders.

As with many businesses, this situation took time to sort and we apologise for the delay in response. The unforeseen circumstances took us by surprise.
