Mal wieder eine Enttäuschung. Ich habe Ende September eine personalisierte Kerze bestellt für den Geburtstag meiner Schwester.
Ich hatte bereits 2 mal davor probiert eine personalisierte Kerze zu bestellen, nie kam eine an bzw. wurde die Bestellung gecancelt.
Ich hatte mich schon gefreut, konnte es per UPS tracker. Dann kam am 5.10. die Mitteilung von UPS, dass das Paket kaputt ist. Ärgerlich, aber kann passieren. Am 7.10. erhielt ich eine Mail von einem Kundenservice Mitarbeiter der mich fragte, ob das erstattet werden soll oder ob ich die Kerze nochmal will. Sofort hab ich geantwortet, dass die Kerze bitte nochmal gesendet werden soll. Ich habe seitdem NIE mehr was gehört von denen. Aber die knappen 40€ behalten sie schön ein. Nach einer Woche ohne Antwort hab ich geschrieben, dass sie mit das Geld einfach zurück überweisen sollen, bringt auch nichts mehr. KEINE ANTWORT! Letzt Woche nochmal geschrieben.. KEINE ANTWORT! Lasse jetzt über Paypal die Erstattung abwickeln. Schlechtester Kundenservice ever! 3 Wochen nicht melden; ich habe kein Produkt und die hocken schön auf meinem Geld! Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich direkt von der Seite bestellt hab. Schade um die personalisierte Kerze, aber wenn ein Unternehmen es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt, innerhalb von 3 Wochen mit einer Kundin ein Problem zu klären kann man auch drauf verzichten!!

Ordered on line and they came in a timely manner and very well packed. The candles themselves have little to no smell and the smell they do have is not pleasant. Please don't go on about the virus thing my Slatkin candles smell perfectly beautiful!! So no more Yankee Candles for me!!

Ich habe eine gute duft Kerze gesucht im Internet das Ergebnis junkee candle OK so geschaut bei uns rossmann puh der Preis erschrocken aber dachte OK wenn sie sooo tolll ist fangen wir in klein an... Zum Glück weil sie nach gar nix riecht, ich habe mich richtig geärgert fast 7€ für eine Kerze, und sie brannte in einem kleinen Raum ich hatte mich drauf gefreut Kirsch vanille... Aber nein kein Duft nur eine farbliche Kerze

My second order from Yanke this time no Wickwood candles just their brand Yankee. Three candles for $50 selling as scented, but no scent. Only scent was when I blew it out, and the scent of the burning flame. Contacted customer service btw is clueless & useless. They wanted to send replacements? Why would I want to do this again? I hadn't received the return label so I called back to find out what was going on? The lady told me she taking care of it, and "don't call back". Really...I won't mention what I told her. Stay away from Yankee Candle it's not worth the headaches 🤔🥺

I purchased a "Deal" from Yankee Candle....4 Large for $50. with free shipping. I received 3 and a note saying the 4th candle was being processed. After one week I wrote and I explained that I was short one candle. I thought they charged me $50 (like they were supposed to). They wrote and said that they were out of a Fragrance so they didn't charge me.....What they did was to Charge me more for EACH OF the three candles that I received and said that they were sorry. THEY ARE OFFERING THE SAME "DEAL" 4 for $50 which is $12.50 each. What they sale you is 3 for $40= $13.33. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!

Would like to say I have been purchasing Yankee candles online and will no longer do so. In November I ordered 4 Christmas scented candles, followed tracking the item stopped/stuck In Illinois. I call let them know they tell me wait longer then call. Never received original order and they eventually sent replacements free of charge. Then my most recent purchase of 2 lilac and 2 lemon lavender big jars I open box and one of the lilac candles had broke. Glass that was missing was not even in the box leads me to believe they sent it intentionally. After several emails and phone calls asking for the pack slip as “evidence” I purchased from them, I finally said I did not keep it so after much hassle and basically insinuating I’m lying to get a free candle they are sending me a replacement FREE of charge. Beware buying from them online. They do not provide excellent customer care. I finally said you are a million maybe billion dollar company and you send me a broken candle and blame me?! Buh bye Yankee!

Nach einem kompletten Fehlkauf bei Ava & May hatte ich auf Empfehlung meiner Schwester mir Duftwachsmelts hier gekauft. Preis-Leistung absolut im Rahmen. Die Meltsbriechen im Kalten Zustand mega intensiv und werden wenn sie geschmolzen sind noch intensiver. Riecht bei mir bis über 2 Räume. Versand ging relativ schnell, warten lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Website mega übersichtlich.

Mittlerweile 2 Tickets offen und seit 6 Wochen keine Reaktion. Nie wieder.

Terrible
I ordered this candle for my daughter's wedding day. It did not arrive. Terrible. I wrote various emails but they didn't reply until almost 3 weeks later. Finally replied offered a normal candle and refund. That's ok but what about the special personalised candle I ordered for such s special day? As a frequent customer of Yankee Candles this is not the type of customer care I expected. Extremely disappointed.
This was my feedback in the Yankee candle website. I received an email stating that my review did not meet the company guidelines!! In other words only positive reviews are published. Disgraceful. I will not be buying their products ever again.

I used to love Yankee Candles.
Very expensive but always had a lovely smell off them which made up for the price.

At Christmas 2021 I received not 1 but 2 Christmas candle boxes. Of course I was delighted, but I have to say they are the worst quality candles I ever received.
Thank god I didn't go out and buy them for myself because I would be fuming.

Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot I can honestly say I will not be buying an over expensive candle from Yankee again

Unglaublich schlechter Kundenservice. Kaputte Ware erhalten. Da ich die Transaktion mit Paypal bezahlt habe, nun den Fall dort gemeldet. Kann ich nicht empfehlen!

Molto delusa dal calendario dell'avvento di quest'anno.
Erano anni che volevo prenderne uno, e il profumo che si sentiva anche con la confezione chiusa era inebriante.
Purtroppo non hanno pensato di mettere la descrizione del profumo sulle tea light, quindi sono dovuta andare io online a spulciare e provare ad indovinare a quale colore si abbinasse la profumazione.
Durano 4/5 ore ciascuna, ma non riescono a diffondere il profumo come ad esempio le candle tart.
Inoltre non le hanno ben mischiate sotto le caselle: ogni giorno si apre e c'è sempre lo stesso colore. Noioso.

Alas, this is another report about how the customer service at YC has deteriorated in the last few years. I ordered candles on 11/30/21, which never arrived. After waiting 2 weeks, YE reordered them for me but that was a week ago and they are still 'in progress' which I interpret to mean they have not even packed them up yet. So much for getting these candles in time for Christmas. When you call customer service, they do not seem to know anything or have any discretion to help you. I do not know what is happening to American companies like YC. Seems they have completely lost touch with what it means to have caring customer service.

Fatto un ordine per una candela, dopo 3 giorni lo annullano causa "Altro". Era un regalo di Natale, pessima esperienza.

Absolute disgrace. Your candle has nearly caused me a fire.
My kitchen is ruined and needs repainting. High prices candles with s*** wax. Not only that it’s ruined my Roman blinds which costed over £2,500
Absolutely livid and will never use you or recommend you to anyone.
Apparently this is due to not trimming the wick.
You leave a TINY symbol on the bottom of the jar which is supposed to tell people to trim it, to stop this from happening.
Listen, I have a big social media following and I’ll be sharing this with everyone if I don’t receive compensation.

They took the money, the goods were not sent. Scammers !!!

NEVER EVER order from YC online!!! I have had the most horrific experience in all of my years of ordering products online. No other experience compares to this. I have spent 7+ hours over the past six weeks trying to get my money back for products that I never received. Their customer service depts rots and each time I call, they tell me that my refund was sent. I had to report them to the BBB and put a claim in with my bank. I then received another email from like the tenth person I have communicated with who told me something entirely different. I am ready to lose it on YC literally. My next step is getting an attorney involved and taking them to small claims court. STAY AWAY!!! Plus, the quality of their candles is not what they used to be. I would not be one bit surprised if they are going under.

Lo store online fa davvero pena. Ho ordinato 6 candele e una è stata cancellata dall'ordine dopo 5 giorni perché non più presente in store (ma sul sito era ancora disponibile). Quando mi arrivano le altre 5, 3 hanno il tappo e 2 no. Essendo dei regali e avendoci speso molti soldi la cosa mi crea non pochi problemi
