The Yankee candle I had rough5 for me for my birthday is sending the jar black and black bits coming of wick into the candle

What a RIP OFF, first of all they made the new shape glass smaller so basically we are getting less burning time and they've increased the price to some ridiculous amount and another thing is the scent is not even there!!!!! I had yankee candle collection but now I don't give a crap about it. I've discovered another company that's way cheaper and better fragrance!!!!!!

Ho acquistato per la prima volta online e devo dire che il servizio clienti è stato super professionale, ho avuto problemi con la consegna, dunque non un problema loro ma di corriere, essendomi stato recapitato il pacco in ritardo mi hanno risarcito del 20%, super soddisfatta, sicuramente ordinerò ancora. My fiance and me stopped and got 6 candles and spent well over 100 dollars on them and every candle we got produces black smoke even after we cut the wick back I don't know what changed with them but yankee candles never used to do this this is very disappointing

I purchased 3 separate orders from yankee candle due to they were having a sale and I was giving some away for gifts. Let me tell you, these products have to be old as you have to get up close to candle, wall plug in scent, beads in jar, and the car freshener to smell the scent and the candles all have black smoke and the candle jars inside are all black. I am so embarrassed as I gave some away for gifts and they are having the same effect with no smell unless you get up close. I truly believe all these products they shipped to me are old. I will never purchase again from yankee candle.
Bath and Body Works and glade candles smell a lot better and you can smell when you walk into my home but no yankee candle

Dazumals aber war die Firma noch in Familienbesitz und dem Chef das Wichtigste, dass die Kundschaft nicht nur zufrieden...nein: Sogar glücklich mit seinen Produkten ist!!!
Seither wurde YANKEE CANDLES aber leider insgesamt 3 × weiterverkauft...
Was ich befürchtet habe ist leider auch eingetroffen: Mit jedem Verkauf ist die Qualität schlechter geworden! Sorry, wenn ich es so sage, aber: Ich finde es zum...!
Die wollen nur möglichst viel Geld rausholen - neben dem die Qualität immer schlechter wird... und das so lange bis der letzte Kunde davon gelaufen ist!!!
Schade, wie man eine so super Unternehmen an die Wand fahren kann...! Ich glaube,
hätte der ursprüngliche Firmengründer gewusst was bei einem Verkauf rauskommt, hätte er nur 49% verkauft (das wären so an die ca. 250Mio gewesen... mehr als genug für mehrere Generationen der Familie!!!)!!!
Schade....: Ich kenne YANKEE CANDLES seit knapp 20Jahren, und kann nicht fassen wie mies die Qualität in den letzten ca. 15 Jahren (wo ich keine gekauft hatte, da ich lange gegen das www war) geworden ist...

When I am looking for an overpowering scent this is where I go. I really liked the fall selection this year!

I purchased two large jars just before Christmas to use over the festive period. They cost £14.99 per jar and neither had any fragrance whatsoever. They were supposed to be cinnamon scented, but after waiting a few hours in the hopes they would eventually start to throw scent I gave up and threw them away

Complete rip off in all honesty. Yankee used to be so good. Now they’re no better than what you can buy in pound shops. Disappointing.

VERY dishonest company! Spent 2 hours on the phone, assured me my order was canceled 3 times and then shipped it anyway. Caught them in multiple lies and one rep even told me "if he wanted to fool me he could just send me a fake email saying order was canceled". I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHAMEFUL COMPANY AGAIN!

There customer service sucks I do not know how they are in business.If they don't have enough people or product to get up with their orders need to not sell online orders I didn't know I had to place a order 2 months in advance

I bought oil plug ins and melts
from Yankee candle. When I received the order it was all thrown in a big box without padding the oil leaked all over the box the melts were broken all over the box. I wrote customer service and they didn't respond

Die Sendung kam zügig an allerdings musste ich feststellen dass das Glas von 3 der 4 Kerzen komplett gebrochen war. Kann ja mal passieren. Habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und ich erhielt auch zügig die erste Rückmeldung mit der Bitte um Fotos und man wird sich um die Rückerstattung kümmern. Nun ja Fotos habe ich am selben Tag (24.10.) geschickt und seither kam keine Rückmeldung bzw Rückerstattung. Ich habe bereits 3 Reminder geschickt und bekam keine Reaktion. So geht man mit Kunden nicht um. Für mich ein no go.

Ho gia' fatto diversi acquisti e finora non avevo mai avuto bisogno dell' assistenza clienti. Oggi in data 29/11, ho telefonato per la seconda volta, la prima ieri, per avere info su una mia spedizione di cui dal 20/11 non sapevo piu' nulla. Il primo giorno mi ha assistito un ragazzo, sicuramente straniero, che aveva problemi nell'esprimersi correttamente in lingua italiana, cmq piu' o meno sono riuscito a capire, capire chese l' ordine non arrivava il 28/11 dovevo richiamare il giuorno successivo, cosa che ho fatto. Il problema sta' nel fatto che questa volta mi ha risposto un operatore italiano checon fare strafottente mi poneva domande non inerenti il mio problema. Io avevo bisogno del tracking per sapere dove era la mia spedizione! Dopo un po' di continue mezze prese per un incapace (. cioe' io ), mi ha spedito un numero per il tracking. Sicuramente questo e' stato l,' ultimo ordine online su questo sito, la prossima volta che ho bisogno dei prodotti Yankee Candle, andro' in negozio.....

Non seulement le transporteur a déposé mon colis dans un point relais au lieu de le déposer chez moi comme je l'avais validé sur ma commande mais en plus, une bonne partie des brûlés parfums sont arrivés ouverts. Je ne recommande absolument pas de passer par le site Web pour se procurer quoi que ce soit chez Yankee Candle. Très déçue de cette commande.

Teelichter brennen überwiegend nur 3/4 ab. Bei den hohen Preisen nicht akzeptabel.
Werde wohl meine Duftkerzen in Zukunft wo anders kaufen. Schade, denn die Düfte sind echt gut. Aber nun haben Sie einen guten Kunden verloren.

I bought 30 candles to give as a gift to my customers on Thanksgiving, only 27 arrived, and two of them were damaged.
I spoke to Belinda Garcia at chat online, she promised me to send 3 candles that were missing and 2 more candles to replace the damaged ones. Okay, I received only 3 candles were missing, the damaged ones, I haven’t receive.

No one responds anymore… Bad
after sales service, no control and consideration for their clients at all. Very disappointed. That’s my first and last experience with Yankee Candle, for sure!!!!!
