O Xenaknits
Napisane przez firmę
We are an ethical family business based in the beautiful British Cheshire countryside, offering a fabulous range of high quality yarns, knitting machine sponge kits and needles.
Xenaknits.com started out as a small retail knitting market stall, selling only a few knitting yarns, evolving into a website supplying knitting products around the world.
Because of our exceptional customer service, business stability and fast delivery times, are all contributing to the successful growth of xenaknits.com. Also, we often go above and beyond to help customers because we care about you, our customer.
Whenever possible, we try to stock yarns from ethical sources, such as Fair Trade spinners and knitting yarn dyers.
With some of our Turkish yarns we buy direct from the artisan spinning families, this enables the people who make the yarns to benefit from the product they are producing.
We sell the world-famous award-winning Zuusco sponge bar kits for knitting machines. Maybe you need replacement needles for your knitting machines. We have them in stock, too.
One of the most common questions we are asked is where did the name come from? We had a lovely dog who died of cancer, so we named the business after her, very sad, but we wanted a way to remember her.
We have always loved knitting and yarns, and we hope you visit our website.

Unfair review and very upsetting for all our hard-working staff. Brexit, the pandemic and Customs delay parcels going to Europe. Orders are taking up to 30 days to arrive.
Customer has since received the order. And, notified us that she is very pleased with it.
Efficient and helpful

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed. And I am warning all European clients: Don't order anything in GB! I had to pay 31.-extra for the inconsistencies of the indications on the parcel, the customs papers and the receipt - which weren't my fault at all. And if it hadn't been the retailers fault, I expected that the damage would be shared at least.

Very unfair review - Our terms clearly state customs duty is payable by the customer.
We cannot be held responsible for government laws and customs duties.
NOT DECLARING VALUE or CONTENTS IS ILLEGAL. We are legally required to declare the items posted overseas and will NOT face prison because you don't want to pay tax.
Please note - This person has not left any reviews for any businesses other than this one!

Great product and perfect fit for my machine
Prompt delivery and a perfect fit for my machine.
Postage was great value too, not hyped up like some companies.
Even better value to buy two and keep one on the shelf which is what I did.
Will buy again when I need another.
