I completed a questionnaire on their website in exchange for an eco-friendly tote bag. Exchanging views and opinions via a questionnaire in return for a small reward, e.g. a voucher or in this case a tote bag, is commonly used by companies so I was happy to donate some of my time and opinions for their research in exchange for the bag. Of course since I handed over my details, I then received a call from WWF. I was genuinely considering signing up as the girl was very good at tugging on the heartstrings. She had a response to all my answers to her questions, which made me feel solely responsible for marine life dying from eating plastic. She said that my support isn't enough unless I donate money, and that I am wrong for believing that governments and multibillion dollar industries, not the common folk, should be paying to clean the oceans. She also reassured my free tote bag was on the way, and was not dependent on me signing up. I said I would think about it, but on reflection decided not to sign up. I never did receive the 'free' tote bag I was promised.

I bought an NonFungibleAnimal last year in November for more than 70€ (NFT Artwork) and never received it in mey wallet.
The customer service is incredibly slow and does excuse all the time but does not help. refuses to give phone support or to give back the money.
Even my postal letter to the german head quarter of WWF did not receive any response.

Do not donate to this charity. The ceo is on over £800,000 a year and the others not far behind. They manipulate you with their advertising!

Can I ask you why are you asking for £3 to save a polar bear is the money to help buy ice cubes
Sick and tired of all your TV add asking for money tell you what tell him who earns almost a million pound a year to take a pay cut

Not trustable, politically motivated!

Reading the bad reviews for this wonderful charity appalls me. I have adopted two animals with them and have had multiple interactions with customer service - some over the phone, some over email, and all of them have been lovely and helpful. I don’t work for them or anything, I just felt the need to share my great experience upon seeing those mean reviews. They do a LOT for wildlife and the planet, and provide proof of doing so. I saw one review claim they did nothing about animals that were victims in the Australia fires. This isn’t true. I follow them on Instagram and clearly remember seeing multiple posts about the wildfires and animals that were hurt in them. Also, they literally had an appeal to raise funds for WWF Australia specifically to deal with the fire consequences! All in all, these bad reviews on here seem quite baseless to me. Don’t hesitate to support this amazing charity.

WWF, how can you get things so wrong?
I still have not received an order that I placed 17 days ago. I have contacted WWF three times requesting an update and complained about their standard of Customer service. I was told that they were busy and my order will be dispatched as soon as possible. They have agreed to reimburse the delivery charge but not willing to offer any credit for my undelivered order as it will be sent out once they have 'caught up'. Seriously? No other company would be able to get away with this service. Why should it be acceptable because they are a Charity?
I certainly don't feel inclined to support this Charity in future and would recommend any prospective WWF shop customers to take my experience into consideration before placing an order.

Do not support this organisation as they have done nothing for the wild life that was lost and injured in the Australian fires. All adverts are on Elephants, Penguins, Rhinos , no advertising for the injured animals in Australia - extremely bad organisation. Like said DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE!!!!!

WWF are sub contracting their fundraising out to companies such as Chiron Marketing.

These companies are recruiting young students on a 'self employed" commission only basis to confront the public on the street and sign the up to monthly direct debit donations.
These youngsters do not receive the minimum wage and can work all day for nothing and then have to pay their own travel expenses. This seems like a minimum wage avoidance scam to me but WWF claim it is perfectly legal. They are not provided payslips or any guidance on tax laws during their one days training.

WWF want you to think of the Pandas on China when signing up, they are not so keen to highlight the misery they create at home. They make Sports Direct look good and that is saying something.
