I wanted to adopt a tiger. I spent thousands on a huge enclosure, had literally a ton of meat put into storage and when the time came for the animal to be delivered all I got was a stupid teddy bear.

Had a caller at the door, I agreed to pay a donation monthly I was told this would be a few pounds a months which was fine, I give to other charities so it all mounts up. When I checked my account £10 had been taken and it says this will be taken each month i did not authorise this i contacted the company on 3 differant occasions and was told they would refund it, one lady was called Geraldine,3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Thought this was a good Company obviously not.

Riley and Joseph, were outside my local Tesco in Enfield today. They were both friendly and explained about the weekly lottery with great knowledge. Keep up the good work guys.

Je ne recommande surtout pas de faire dons à WWF. Une fois encrer, vous ne pourrez pas vous désabonner des dons mensuels car personne ne répond.
J'ai relancer 3 fois ! Par conséquent je vais devoir saisir la justice.

J'ai reçu ma commande aux alentours du 20 Décembre.
La taille de l'un des articles ne correspondait pas du tout aux mensurations indiquées dans la description.
J'ai retourné cet article et un autre dans la foulée.

Depuis aucun retour et je suis en attente du remboursement. Malgré plusieurs E-mails, le service client ne répond pas.

Cela porte préjudice à l'organisation car difficile de garder confiance avec ce type de comportement.

Par ailleurs, les produits "Made in Bengladesh" alors qu'ils sont censés être faits en Europe....

Le WWF est accusé par les organisations de défense des peuples autochtones d'abus et de violations répétées des droits de ces peuples. Et cela au nom de l'environnement ! C'est inacceptable.

I gave 3000/- in July 2022 to Mr Satyajit in a fund raising campaign in mohair, punjab mall and he convinced me that n email will be sent for tax rebate plus additional excursion activities are carried out for members.till date I have been pleading to send me at least an email for the payment. But no response

I sponsor both polar bears and tigers and also give another £10 per month, so £20 per month while on benefits, maybe its so that the ceo makes nearly a million per year but does anyone know how much he brings into the charity, who's to say he or she doesn't bring in millions per year,if you don't want to support the charity then so be it,but is it necessary to try put everyone else off donating,if we all decide to pull out of donating because of the earnings of one person we wouldn't have anything left to save. All charities are the same when it comes to paying wages,you don't need to blame the ceo so you can justify in your head that you don't want to give a couple of quid per month, the more people who try to justify not giving the worse it gets for our wildlife, I get emails and pictures of the work the wwf do and it's fantastic especially when so many people just want to rant about one person's wages and don't want to give,that's fine but plz don't try influence others not to give before it's too late for these beautiful animals as we're already nearly at the point of losing all our wildlife.

Horrible experience. They make you pay and 5 days before the event they tell you that the run is at 7.30am on a Saturday morning, meaning we have all to wake up at 5.00/5.30am for a run.
Me and my friends are ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND IN ADDITION THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE PAYMENT.

I considered adopting a koala, but thought to do some due diligence first.

I called the organisation from Perth WA. The call was answered by a guy in Chennai, India.

I asked where the associated toy koala comes from. He dissembled for some time, then could only say it was made "internationally".

As that could have meant it was made by Uighur labour in China, I decided that it was simply a money making scam.

Disgusting charity!! Robbing the poor by making them feel guilty with advertisements when the CEO salary is £953,130.

I have a close relative with mental health issue who is regularly exploited by this charity. He gives excessively out of benefits.

Sick to death of being subjected to constant and obviously expensive to produce adverts on TV. WWF's latest slick advert would have you believe that donating to them will somehow miraculously solve/tackle climate change which is totally bogus. The CEO earns nearly a million dollars a year which just isn't right and the charity poops all over indigenous human rights while simultaneously engaging in some very questionable business activities. If you want to give to a wildlife charity please I beg you avoid this one at all costs,unless you have a strange fetish for cheap and nasty animal soft toys.

I adopted a penguin for a gift for my dad a couple years because I really wanted authentic and original paperwork only to receive flimsy paperwork that was preprinted and didn’t receive any certificates apart from a pre printed paper.
Customer service wasn’t helpful and never received my certificate.

We have a project to totally change the lives of 5 million African women bee keepers and the environment they live in, call ApiTrace. We applied to the WWF who we thought were a reputable charity and we were told that the £90k we were looking for was too small an amount for them to be bothered with. We wrote to the chief executive Tanya Steele and made the point that surely investments should be made on the benefits they bring not on how much is asked for. Needless to say we got no response so we are now trying Crowdfunder for our ApiTrace project.
UPDATE: if you contribute £3/month to WWF 21,000 of you are simply paying her salary and WWF costs
Think about it .. if COP26 cant stop the ice melting what can the WWF do for polar bears?
