Very professional company supplying extremely high quality timber mouldings. I've been involved in building and restoring older properties for 25 years. I think some of the other reviews here are unreasonable. WRP have a clear business model: the best quality, reliable delivery. This is what I've experienced. They are very much Web based, with a pretty good website. Really I would say geared more towards trade customers - this means you need to know what you want, and calculate what you need correctly because they have minimum order quantities, for obvious reasons. Unlike other suppliers of timber mouldings, they deliver with a dedicated vehicle "man and van" operator, not the likes of a carrier like DX or DHL - this means the delivery is more expensive, but you know what the delivery is at checkout, so you have the option to not order if you don't like it.
My most recent order was placed on a Friday and the van appeared 9am Tuesday - and I'm based in the northern Highlands, about 650 miles from WRP. This was my third order, the first being back in about 2021.
I chatted with a driver who delivered one of the orders - he said he invoices them with a typical 30 day payment terms, but they just pay him immediately - I think that probably says a lot about the sort of company they are.

Horrendous company to deal with. Extremely difficult to get in touch with, they refuse to have telephone conversations and will only communicate through email - which they don’t respond to. Extremely unobliging with minimums (even if you have previously purchased a large quantity and only need a few extra metres). Extortionate delivery / return fees. Save yourself time and money and find another company.

Paid extra for express delivery. Item not received. Not answering calls and the first thing the automated chat on their website comes up with is we can’t chase your order. Will be contacting my bank

1st time using this Company and they were very prompt with their quote and delivery schedule answered any questions I had and we got discount for bulk buying. When materials arrived alot of employees let me know that the quality was great and cut down on the sanding required. We will definitely be using them again

Terrible way of dealing with people - only a limited robot who cannot answer any product details - minimum order of 18m but they only have 9m in stock so I'm unable to order it! And absolutely no real person to contact by any means - yet thy have all the products I require. I have wasted over an hour looking for a way to order or speak to someone. Frustrating beyond words.

Outstanding service in all respects. I wanted a close match to a 1930’s picture rail. The rail was available and was delivered within 48 hours, well packed and perfect for my requirements. Thank you all! This is a fantastic company and I will not hesitate to use them again.
