Disastrous quality dreadful customer service. Vision Maxi installed for 9 months. WiFi failed with no app support. Zero assistance, zero warranty assistance. Awful quality backed by non existent support. Slow responses that result in no support. Buyer beware, seriously consider alternative products.
Poor product quality and pathetic customer service. They feel it is best to ignore the customer have them take their complaint elsewhere. We will and take our business elsewhere also. Had a project with 30 company brand heat pumps multiple units failed multiple times and we have had to bear this cost. Cannot recommended a pathetic excuse for a company, spare yourself the embarrassment of dealing with them and take your business elsewhere.
I have had two of the Vision 2.3 DW go wrong in 9 years, this gets expensive! The first went wrong just a couple of days after the warranty run out. I called Powrmatic and they were good enough to send a replacement FOC and it was assumed that the initial delivery was transported upside down. This replacement unit has now gone wrong, out of gas. These are supposed to be sealed units that don't lose gas. So do i fork out more ££££ for the same make and model as the holes need to line up or go for another brand. These are a money trap.
The unit stopped working after 2yrs. We were told by the supplier that this is likely due to a leak which cannot be repaired. We were advised to spend another £2.5k on a new unit.
We had a unit fitted by one of their recommended suppliers. After a few months the unit stopped working. The supplier they recommended wasnt helping and they sent out another company. This company said that it had been installed incorrectly and that this wasn't the first time they had been out to a company A install... All this time company A were still on the website. The cost to get everything as it should be is £1500. Powrmatic are not offering any assistance with this bearing in mind it was one of their recommended suppliers that we used. And a recommended supplier that was still on their website.
I wouldn't recommend using Powrmatic especially as their ability to check their recommended suppliers isn't good and their unwillingness to help out with an issue that clearly isn't our fault.
Powrmatic Vision airconditioner heat pump, a great product that looks really stylish and isn't noisy. We have purchased these for 2 bedrooms and the lounge. No more sleepless nights during hot weather!
Powrmatic were very helpful in advising which model to select and pointed us in the direction of where best to buy from, as their website isn't setup for purchasing from directly.
