From initially looking at ordering a unit from KD Supplies where i posted a question on a Saturday and got an almost immediate answer the service and response has been exemplary. Ordering and delivery were excellent despite use living in a difficult to get to location and when we had an issue with the unit they, and the manufacturer, engaged quickly to help diagnose the issue. The problem warranted replacing the unit which again was dealt with amazingly and quickly delivered. I can't imagine dealing with a better company.

If I could give 6* I would. It is so refreshing to find a company that not only offers great prices but also fantastic service. Darrell has gone the extra mile many times and really goes out of his way to make for the perfect Customer experience. His knowledge seems endless, his responsiveness is second to none and his focus on trying to give the very best in Customer satisfaction is amazing. You will not find better than KD Supplies!

The Powrmatic Vision was delivered quickly and without fuss. Price of unit was competitive, however minor downside I received no info on delivery date.
