Buyer beware! If you are in the EU you will be invoiced (without your knowledge or prior agreement) for shipping costs. It clearly states on my order when I bought a rug online “Shipping method - Ireland free delivery”. I received some weeks later an invoice from a courier (TNT) used by Woven, for over €136. I had to track down what the invoice was for. Buyer beware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM WOVEN!
I placed an order with Woven on the 21st November 2021. They immediately took my money, 1276 GBP, for the rugs and other smaller items. They wrote to me some days later, that one of the rugs will not be available for another 4 months. I then cancelled my order on the 29th November and asked for refund. They responded the same day that my refund will be processed within 5 days. Today, after 7 days waiting, no refund. I called them, they promised today they would start the refund and within couple of days I would have my money back. Having read through the terrible reviews on them, I got afraid if I ever see my money again...
Update, 7th December 2021. I received the refund from Woven. Case closed.
Beautiful, as good as it looked on Instagram
The rug is contemporary and beautiful. We spotted the company on Instagrame, so we didn't have an opporutnity to see it before buying and we needn't have been concerned. It arrived promptly after we ordered it and the quality was excellent.

Don't order from Woven. They part fulfilled my order after a month but its 2 months and counting and I haven't received the rest of the order which is part of a bed linen set. They have sent a dispatch notice to DPD but have not sent the order and it's been that way for 2 weeks and when they do email me back they tell it will be resolved in two days. Its been 10 weeks now since I ordered from them, Their service is appalling.
Avoid - more affordable companies out there with better service!
Ordered a rug 2 1/2 weeks ago to see afterwards that it was on preorder so I messaged the live to confirm a delivery date, to find out the rug was not only out of stock but it has been discontinued.
I was offered a larger size of the rug at a discounted rate via email, I responded and I was ignored by the customer service manager for 5 days. I chased this up via the live chat the following week and then it was processed only for it to be sent a few days later to a random address that I didn't provide.
Following this I was informed I should expect the rug within 48 hours, 48 hours passed and still no rug. So I chased up again and requested compensation. I was told that my address did not exist so I provided an slight variation and was told the rug would arrive within 48 hours again (not sure why this hadn't been picked up on previously but no one made contact with me) and I was not liable for any compensation (even though this current rug was supposed to be 'compensation' for the rug I originally bought). I did end up getting a price match which reduced the price by a further £70, but this was not out of good will, it is just their policy.
Shocker, 48 hours later, still no rug and countless phone calls/emails/live chat messages, I have cancelled my order, waste of time all I've done is chase things up. Avoid this company.

Poor customer service
I ordered a simple sofa throw that really should not be an issue. If I liked the throw, I would have ordered a second. The website and order confirm gave 5-7 business days delivery time. After one week I queried the non-arrival of the DPD tracker only to be told that it would be with me by the end of the week. When it failed to arrive I sent another e-mail query. No response to that after two business days. When I called I was told that they were still waiting for delivery to their warehouse any day now ie they had no idea when it was coming and therefore when they could send it on. Really poor customer service.
Woven deserve zero stars
Woven deserve zero stars, but I had to give them one to add a review. The rug I ordered was out of stock, I replied to their email (asking for price details of an alternative they suggested) and after 3 days received no response. I asked them to provide a refund and have waited 10 days already without any sign of the money being credited. When you chase it up they’re very unhelpful and just say they’ve asked accounts to deal with it.

We are very pleased with the whole process and the rug is beautiful and well made. Thank you. Delivery was unbelievably quick. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this company whatsoever.
Wouldn't recommend this website
Ordered bed linen from Woven and money taken from card instantly. Estimated delivery time on website = 3 days. Aware that delays are possible. Waited two weeks then emailed woven - assured would de delivered by end of the week. No surprises - nothing arrived. Have cancelled order and email states I will be refunded by 14 days. Whole thing just seems dodgy. I wouldn't use this company. I wonder if I will see my £120 without further correspondence. I am expecting to have to chase this too.

We have made a number of purchases from Woven and have been very pleased with all of them. Very good service & products exactly as described. The only thing that stops this rating being 5 stars is the difficulty we had obtaining care instructions for some rugs we purchased that were described as being produced by a "new exciting technique which involves screen printing............onto a 100% pure wool rug". Guidance was provided eventually but it took some chasing. Nevertheless we would happily use this supplier again

Do not order from Woven!!
Ordered a reasonable expensive rug. They took my money. Then contacted me to say the rug was out of stock. I ask for a refund and they advise it's going to take 14 days!! They shouldn't have taken my money for an out of stock product in the first place, so to say 14 days to give it back is terrible. The rug is still for sale on the sight so its obviously their practise to take money for products they now they cant provide.

Nice rug but poor customer service from the company. My rug was delivered to the wrong address and I ended up going to get the rug back myself. Woven said they would look into this for me then never got back to me. Won’t be buying a rug from them again I’m afraid.

I purchase all my rugs from Woven because of the value for money for top quality, stylish and contemporary stock. The transaction is quick, efficient and communication is great. I will be returning again. As a footnote: the expansion into other household items is very interesting - must have a look!
