I purchased 2 Rugs which where faulty…
I purchased 2 Rugs which where faulty and of very poor quality. I requested a refund to find out I was responsible for the return which is very poor policy . However I sent them back via a tracked courier and they have been received 5 days ago. I have rang so many times and emailed to find out when I will receive my refund and I've had no response. After reading so many bad reviews I'm now realising this is how this company operate. They review your review apologise etc yet the same poor customer service continues. This is not acceptable at all and I want my full refund ASAP . I ordered in good faith expecting a professional service and I shouldn't be getting ignored, you owe me £166 plus I'm out of pocket for the cost of the returns. How in this day and age can a company behave so irresponsible. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with PayPal and will be getting information regarding a complaint to Trade and standards also. I can't afford to wait forever for my refund and I cannot purchase any other rugs until you return my money . You have your goods back I would like my money back ASAP.

I have contacted this company several times by email there own chat link - phoned them which rang: then music at 10 min wait so left the recommended voicemail message and still no contact - no reply . Is this a fraud ??? They have taken my money is it a genuine company??
Sceptical after reviews, but turned out great
I thought I should pop on to write a review. I was initially very worried after placing my order AND THEN reading reviews. There were many bad and I was expecting to be extremely disappointed with the rug/service if needing to return. But the rug arrived 2 days after ordering, I received brilliant communication and tracking details as soon as the item shipped. The item was delivered in perfect condition and is lovely quality. Very happy with my order
Rubbish product! Rotten Customer Service!
My rug arrived marked and faded. I took pictures and asked for replacement or to return it and be refunded. They emailed me asking for more pictures which I sent and product details etc. Not heard anything since. Terrible company to deal with sending out inferior items but taking your money. AVOID!!

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. It took 2 months for 2 rugs to arrive. On 2 occasions the courier could not find the property. We had to provide an alternative address after 4 weeks then we were told the rugs were on back order. No apology from Woven. Around 30 messages in total sent to customer services trying to sort this/track the order. Nightmare. Avoid!

Expected the worst! Received perfect rug!
I was very really nervous after reading these reviews (why do I always seem to come to Trust Pilot after ordering, not before...).
I used Twitter to check on my order, they responded within a few minutes each and every time, order arrived within 2 days, perfect rug, great price.
Clearly some people have had terrible experiences - I guess woven.co.uk are / have been very disorganised.

DO NOT BUY FROM WOVEN!!!
After a long saga since October 2021, a rug that was never delivered and a refund that never arrived, countless telephone calls and emails that were never answered, I have resorted to claiming the money back from my bank and have reported Woven to Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY FROM WOVEN!!!

The rug I ordered was delivered in the wrong size. It is completely impossible to contact customer services either by phone or email for a refund. Dreadful company and best avoided. I now need to pursue a claim via my credit card refund protection insurance.
Update:
I have since used their online form for returns stating clearly the wrong item was delivered. I received an automated email telling me I need to return the rug to them at my own expense! I can barely get the huge (incorrect) rug they have delivered to my local post office and having to pay to send a wrong item back is clearly completely unacceptable.
I have emailed their customer service four times and called as many times, and never received a reply.
Truly shocking customer service and similar to other reviewers I will now report woven.co.uk to trading standards. They are clearly a rogue company.

excellent product but marred but three…
excellent product but marred but three month delay on delivery of product and complete mayhem with any service enquiries...I eventually got the product at the price I wanted but four months late. Great William Morris Duvet Cover. I also bought some lovely towels.

Won't pay refund due.
A long wait – 5 months – to receive the rug. Rug not as described. 6 week wait for authorization to return rug so 180 days Paypal limit for refunds passed. Rug returned, refund eventually authorized but Woven say they are unable to pay it. Many emails sent, replies from Woven terse and unhelpful. Still haven’t been able to obtain refund and have had to contact my bank for help.
Difficult to deal with, customer service poor.
I don’t recommend buying from Woven.

Great quality and value for money. Didn't have to wait to long for delivery. Rug looks gorgeous in my living room. Really happy with my purchase. Will definitely use this site again

Update on my issue- Finally last week…
Update on my issue- Finally last week Jasmine replied to my emails to apologise for any confusion and to ask for the details of the rug that l would like instead. I replied to this glad at last to have made some headway. Unfortunately since then l have heard nothing else despite emailing a further twice for an update. Its been a week now! I really do not understand this company at all there is no logic to how they operate and both there management of sales and treatment of customers is shockingly poor.
I will now continue with my complaint via Trading Standards, l had paused this thinking l was going to get something sorted but clearly not now.

Order just cancelled
Ordered a quilted throw on their website. Order processed, money paid. Following day received an email "Your request has been cancelled" and a refund on paypal. No contact from company, and on my initiated email "we have no stock of this item".

Wrong size delivered. Waiting over 2 months for replacement. Unresponsive to phone & email
This company is totally unresponsive. Happy to take our money, but not to deliver what was paid for.
We ordered a rug from woven.co.uk in December for delivery in 2-3 weeks.
When it arrived, it was the wrong size. A smaller rug was delivered, so it was not what we paid for.
We immediately rang the company. No response. Eventually the call times out, so I left a voicemail. Repeated this exercise 2-3 times per day for a while. Each time quoting my order number and telephone number.
Emailed customer support and did eventually receive ONE response (31/1/22); but have heard nothing since. This has now been over 6 weeks.
Reminder emails sent practically every week quoting order number and trouble ticket number, and more voicemails left. Still nothing.
Do not trust this vendor. The website and selection look great. But what is the point of offering exchanges and guarantees if no-one will answer the phone or deal with email complaints.
We are now considering how best to recover the monies paid.
22/3/22: First Direct have been great in starting a dispute process and meanwhile returning the full payment to our account.
(I still have a small rolled-up rug in the corner waiting to be collected/exchanged)
23/3/2022: Lucy at Woven tells me by email that this should have been delivered and included a Parcelforce number that matches the ORIGINAL (wrong sized) delivery. She is totally missing the point of the complaint that they delivered a rug half the size of the one ordered. 120 x 170 Received, when 170 x 230 was ordered (and paid for).
I am now frustrated, even suspicious, that someone from the company immediately says "Thank you" when a good review is posted, despite that review being generic one liner without any detail, but does NOT reply to a complaint at all.
I have provided the original order number (29628) and my January trouble ticket number (43743 - Jasmine).
30/3/2022: After the above brief flurry of activity from a new assistant (Lucy), we have heard nothing more.
Then I get a 'no-reply' email today from Woven asking me to review my experience!!!!! What do they think this post is?
I have emailed Lucy again asking about the pending exchange.
Update 13th April 2022.
Lucy finally arranged a pick-up for today. Tracked the collection to my block of flats, and then photographed the DPD driver never leaving the cab of his van; marking the collection as 'not ready' and then drive off. Pictures submitted to Woven and complaint registered with DPD (and separate review on TrustPilot).
Update 29/4/22: Still not collected
Update 4/6/22: Still not collected. DPD say that Woven will need to arrange the collection again!!
Woven are not responding to emails again.
Wrongly advertised size and won’t deal with it
Ordered a rug advertised as 60 x 300cm long. When it arrived it was 60 x 100. Raised it via email and got a response to say manufacturers don’t do 300 x 60, even though they still advertised. Offered goodwill refund and then never heard from them. Emailed a further 3 times and just ignored.
Please please don’t purchase from these rip off merchants. They are a disgrace
