It wasn't easy but they did pay my claim.
While I wasn't happy how they initially handle the claim I am giving them an updated score because they reached out and worked with me to get my claim paid.
Below was the original review I posted:
I own 2 insurance policies with this sham of a company for over 3 years. I filed my first claim with them on Dec of 2025 for a cracked screen, which is covered by my policy. They denied it with no explanation as to why.

Christian, please see the original claim denial information, and the additional information recently provided via another forum, related to "Unexplained Loss". As also advised via that forum, if you have additional information regarding a specific accidental event that may have caused the damage, we are willing to reassess the claim, please provide that to your adjuster or the claim department.

Vladimir, please review your emails from you adjuster. We show that we contacted you once you claim was close to a dismissal for timeframe, but you did respond and provide the additional information needed. We advised via email on 12/19/25 (10 days ago) your claim was approved. You should have communication about the payment and/or from our TP payment provider Chase in your email about that claim payment. If you need additional assistance, please contact you adjuster or out claim department direct.
