We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied Fred. Our individual coverage is accidental damage, standard perils, and theft as stated on your declaration, policy booklet, and listed online. It does not include a mechanical/manufacturer failure. That would either be a warranty or manufacturer claim with the retailer/provider/manufacturer for your device.

Be Aware! Automatically enrolls you in auto pay
Enroll process was simple but you're losing 2 stars for not asking and automatically enrolling me in auto pay. I bought a one year policy and I WILL be dropping you one month before the end of the year!!! Autopay should be an option you give me or at the very minimum I should be able to turn it off. I've looked all over the website and can not find where to turn off auto pay. The more I type the more pissed off I get. Honestly if I would have known this I would not have purchased this insurance!!

terrible company
terrible company.
sent me an email some days after i initiated stating that my policy was now active (1 day before the poilcy was actually active).
to test out the process i filed a claim.
they denied the claim and now require proof of fixing my phone before any further claims can be processed.
what a useless company.

Jeremiah, there is a 30-day waiting period for Accidental Damage coverage, which we are transparent about in the terms and conditions (available to be reviewed prior to purchase online) and prior to purchasing. Prior to purchasing online, there is a required short disclosure you must read and manually check for acknowledgment of this prior to be able to purchase a policy.
