First off…Let Me Tell You…

First off, I was so flabbergasted on how much cheaper your coverage is than what I WAS paying through T-Mobile at $18/phone!! Secondly, the signup was soo easy and now after getting off the phone to change my coverage from an old phone to a new I’ve…this young lady was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with. Good job!! All.The.Way.Around. I now have 6 devices covered with you!

Jake, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. Our coverage, online and in the terms and conditions, are clear. This includes that accidental damage has a 30-day waiting period, and/or that a manufacturer/mechanical issues or defect, typically a warranty issue, are not covered. Please refer to the policy booklet or contact us for further clarification as needed.

Their phone number went straight to a recording saying the "number cannot be reached"....It made me very skeptical at first but finally reached someone on a different line. That rep said they were having site issues. It all was resolved late at night when I tried again.
