Horrible company
Horrible company! I filed a claim on February 9, 2026, and provided all required documentation, including the police report. Despite this, Worth Avenue Group has failed to process my claim. The behavior of their staff and supervisors is very bad. I already spoke to my attorney, and soon I will proceed with lawsuits and court. I will never recommend this company.

Mohammad, as previously communicated, and stated in your terms and conditions, coverage does not include an Unattended Vehicle. Specifically stated in your policy booklet, " LOSSES WE WILL NOT COVER: ...Theft From An Unattended Vehicle", with clarification of "THEFT FROM AN UNATTENDED VEHICLE: We will not cover loss or damage that is caused by or resulting from theft from an unattended vehicle except when it is securely locked, its windows are fully closed, and there is visible evidence that entry into the vehicle was forced."
Great claim service for a modest price.
Had a great claim experience so we put insurance on our new phone.

Cancels can be done online, from the Contact Us Form (logged in or not logged in) dropdown or link and we can consider it a written (as the policy Terms & Conditions require) request. We are also in the process (by Q3 or Q4) of adding an even easier logged in option (button) that you can generate that cancel form from your profile online. Otherwise, you can always email (from you registered email) to our Customer Service Department to cancel as needed as well.

Reasonable Price, Easy To Purchase
I have insured several phones through Worth Ave Group. I think the cost is reasonable, and it is easy to purchase insurance through the website. Fortunately, I have never had to use the insurance.

Denied my claim
Denied my claim. I signed up a couple months ago. My wife's Samsung Fold 4 inner screens went black on one side and green on the other, I put in a claim and this is what they said...
"Dear Policy Holder,
We have received your claim regarding your item (s); unfortunately, we cannot afford you coverage at this time due to the following reason(s):
Mechanical Breakdown: We will not cover loss or damage caused by mechanical breakdown or system failure if not caused by accidental damage. If a fire or explosion ensues, we will pay for that loss or damage.

I found the price to be fine for my s25 ultra but the forms to fill out for the policy did not flow smoothly. Also the little chat bubble kept popping up with the chat and I had to keep x-ing that out. once you say goodbye the chat bubbles should be done thank you
