world of music…highly recommended to take a look

Online experience was good
There was a delay with an order of Ukulele strings that I made online with World of Music but turned out the delay was not with WoM and Mitch rectified the situation immediately including sending the order express post to me free of charge. We all know online shopping can be tricky but these guys can be trusted.

Paid 15 dollars postage and took 4 days…
Paid 15 dollars postage and took 4 days to arrive… for that price i could have organised my own postage and sent it express….Also, after looking at my local music shop your total including postage was 25 dollars more expensive🤔

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry that you're not completely satisfied with the postage cost and delivery time. When it comes to shipping, we rely on Australia Post and as much as we'd like to, we can't control their rates or delivery times, especially for regional destinations.
The time of day your order was placed did mean it was picked up the following business day so all told 3 days transit time to a regional location for Australia Post is on the early side of their ETA's to regional locations.
I can't speak to the pricing practices of your local store but what I can do is make sure to look after you should you decide to shop with us again. Please contact me directly should you need anything in future and I'll be sure to look after you.
