I found my contact with you helpful but the only disappointment I have is for the price of the wool I bought to jump back and forward by 25% around the time I purchased it and I unfortunately paid full price.

We’re sorry to hear you felt the delivery was delayed. Just to clarify, express orders placed after 12:00 GMT Monday–Friday or on weekends are dispatched on the next business day. As your order was placed on a Saturday, it was shipped first thing on Monday and delivered Tuesday in line with our delivery policy.

The wool is a beautiful quality. So soft and lovely to work with. The colours are great. The wool was a gift to me, I don't normally buy your wool because it's out of my budget but it was lovely to be treated to it.

The wool is beautiful
The wool is beautiful. The directions are easy to follow and I was able to go on line and fined examples of stitches to help also. I would recommend this as an easy way to get started on knitting the basics.

The product is top quality
The product is top quality, instructions are on paper and very clear- so nice not to have to have a video connection to learn a quiet craft. If needed the online tutorials are good!

The yarn was easy to work with and created a pretty top. It’s expensive compared to what I normally buy but if you can fit it into your budget it’s worth it.

Fine yarn
Nice yarn, but the red is very difficult to use due to the dark color and thinness. I also never received an order confirmation from Wool and the Gang which was very odd. I had to reach out to customer service to confirm I ever even placed the order.

Beautiful yarn
Alpachino merino wool is gorgeous. Soft and squashy but with good stitch definition. Perfect for a comforting blanket and lovely to work with.

Lovely, lovely wool
I am a novice knitter and was given a Wool and the Gang kit as a gift, which encouraged me to complete a bigger project than I had undertaken thus far. The wool (Alpachino Merino) was easy to knit with and the pattern was clear and helpful. Encouraged by my success, I purchased a more ambitious kit (still beginner-friendly) and although the wool (Feeling Good Stripe) is a little more challenging to work with for a newbie, it is very lovely. In addition, the pattern is clearly written and the support videos are helpful. I'm still learning, but the beautiful wool is a real incentive to get better.

Inexperienced knitter who has now gained in confidence
I have ordered a range of products from Wool and the Gang over the past few years. Everything has arrived well packaged and within the expected time. I had not knitted for many years and had only ever had basic skills so have found their many online tutorials absolutely essential. They are so clear and easy to follow and have given me confidence to attempt increasingly complex patterns. I have learnt stitches and techniques that I never knew existed. I have also found their team very helpful on a couple of occasions when I have emailed them for help. I also love the range of colours they have to choose from.
