I had to preorder because the color I wanted was sold out. A couple weeks later I emailed just to find out when the bag would be produced. Cynthia in customer service wrote back quickly and then kept me informed of each change of status. ( produced, packaged, shipped, asking if it had arrived). The bag is great. The customer service is outstanding.

Worth the wait! After deliberating too long on a colour the bag I wanted was sold out and only available for pre-order. The pre-order did take some time, but I was prepared thanks to the amazing customer service and updates I would receive. Now that I've received my bag, I'm thrilled with it and consider it worth the wait.

The team at Wool & Oak really went above and beyond. I purchased their Nova bag + matching duffle suitcase back in November. They're a 10/10. Functional & beautiful. Every time I travel someone asks me about them and where I got them. I also had a toto bag and laptop case from the Black Friday deal that was backordered. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and were transparent. It arrived the other week and I am thrilled. Worth the wait!

Great service, great product!

I love my new large hobo bag! I knew I would have to wait because they were on pre order (made very clear on purchase). And since I had the time, I reached out about changing the color. Cynthia went above and beyond to help me. I even sent her a picture of another bag. I had just purchased so she could help me determine if the color I had chosen was different enough from the bag I just purchased. When the order shipped, she took the time to email me to let me know it had shipped even though I got a notification. And when it arrived, she messaged me to let me know. It had arrived to make sure I had received it.

Amazing customer service and overall great bag worth the purchase!

The piece have been in back order for about 2 months, but let me tell you that the wait was worth it. The company is extremely thoughtful and responsive when you email. They gave me updates about my item and shipping information once the item shipped. Cynthia, followed up today and emailed me, to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I received the item. Quality is beautiful, and the fact that she followed up, only tells me that the company cares. Will be ordering future items to support companies like this one. Exceptional customer service and they carry the finest leather craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. Superb.

Not only are their products exceptional in every way, the communication (order to delivery) from the team at Wool & Oak was first class.
The duffel is my second travel bag from W&O and the pair work brilliantly together.
The quality of the leather luggage is, in my opinion, second to none.

Zander might be the only one working the Wool and Oak email because it’s clear that’s the only person anyone mentions lol. Bag is large, spacious, and functional. Shipping delays are a known issue for this brand according to the numerous reviews and I wish I knew that going in, I was hoping to have this bag at the start of a new job and didn’t get it until a month later. Bit of a bummer but the constant communication and update is there. The size of this bag is perfect for travel but that strap better be fortified because with the stuff I can fit in this bag, she’s gonna be HEAVY. Excited to take her on work and personal trips, I fear I may revert back to my backpack ways because of the weight. But it’s a CUTE bag. I’m already toying with the idea of getting the smaller size for every day use.

I love the bag itself, it is gorgeous. Ran into an issue where one of the buttons snapped, they quickly addressed the issue and stood by their product. This shows me a commitment to quality and their customers. They have a customer for life and recommend to anyone looking for a high quality travel bag

Customer service experience was terrific! I got a response to my inquiry about an out of stock item and Zander got back to me right away. I was not able to use the $50 promo code on my first purchase at the time I placed my order, but Zander was very accommodating to credit be back that $50 after the fact. I can't wait to receive my item. Their products look really nice and of high quality.

I recently ordered the Nova Duffel Travel Bag and Duffel Suitcase from Wool & Oak and had a fantastic experience. One of my items was temporarily out of stock, and instead of leaving me guessing, Zander from customer service personally reached out to keep me informed about the restock and shipping timeline.

When I followed up with questions about my order, he responded promptly, updated my order personally, and went above and beyond to help ensure my bags arrived before my vacation. That level of communication and customer care is rare these days and genuinely appreciated.

Great products and exceptional Customer Service. I purchased the Duffle in Chocolate and the Nova in Sand. They are both gorgeous and beautifully made. Couldn't be happier, and they arrived quickly. I was kept posted via email when my order was confirmed, when they shipped, and as the delivery progressed, including the day of delivery. Any questions I had were submitted by email to Customer Support and they answered by the next day. They always answered my questions, were most helpful in helping me make my selections, and were always courteous. I highly recommend this company and their products, and I plan on ordering more items in the near future.

I've kickstarted and bought multiple bags from Wool & Oak at this point, and many of them have become daily drivers. I sometimes miss some of their older models (the Weekender Kit was amazing). I think there's really only been one bag I was kinda meh on, but everything else has been very high quality and a pleasure to own.

Their customer service is also very quick to respond and very helpful! From normal use I've run into some issues over the years (bag feet, wheels, zippers, etc) and their support has always been very quick to help get the issues resolved quickly. This review is also a result of a great experience with customer service.

Kind of mixed feelings since I enjoy owning things that stand out and aren't overused, but at the same time I think W&O deserves to be used by more people.

Excellent customer service - I had several queries that were answered incredibly efficiently and with great detail and knowledge. Bag arrived very fast with no addition import duty to Ireland. Birthday gift for brother who absolutely adores it and will use regularly on business trips. Would HIGHLY recommend.

As one of the original backers of this organization and the NOVA large bag, I am pleased by the appearance, quality, and functionality of the bag itself. Although I ran into a bit of an issue with the bag, the customer service is next level. Timely, communicative, supportive, and personable - in an age when good service is difficult to come by, Wool & Oak sets the standard - bar none.
