Just love the Hobo Tote!!! I love that it doesn’t feel too big, but still fits a 16” laptop! It’s beautifully made and very stylish!!

I highly recommend this company without reservation. I have purchased multiple items from Wool & Oak and every interaction has been wonderful. My last purchase the large hobo bag was delayed due to shipping issues and customer service kept me informed at every point. Once delivered, I had a question about the handle and customer service responded several times to make sure my concern was handled. Very rare to get such great service from a company today. If you are considering to buy an item from them, don’t hesitate, the quality is 1st class and you will have no regrets.

The duffle suitcase is amazing. My zipper, however, burst open during my first trip, causing me to travel with a bag that wouldn't close. I feel this was a fluke because I can tell the quality of this product is clearly top notch, and these things sometimes happen. I was able to return the product and customer service was impeccable, sending me a new duffle suitcase within days. I'd buy from them again.

I pre-ordered the bag and it did take a long time to arrive, but it was 100% worth the wait. The bag is extremely functional for work and after work activities. It is also really high-quality. I would definitely recommend this bag!!

I’m only writing here because they have filters in place on their website that don’t even allow for a shred of negativity to be posted. I gave the product 4 stars despite a notch literally breaking and having terrible customer service, but it never saw the light of day because I made a reference to their customer service. I took the time to take pictures and videos so people could see what it looked like in reality, but this brand would rather their consumers go in blind.

Fuyez ce site et faites travailler les teinturiers passionnés et sérieux, pas les arnaqueurs comme woolbags. Commande toujours pas arrivée et mes mails restent sans réponse. Cette commande fait suite à une première commande qui serait remboursée si on effectuait une deuxième commande. Voyez l'arnaque maline.J'effectue ce jour un signalement à la répression des fraudes.

I was so pleased with my bag. The leather is lovely and construction top notch. The organization inside is great and customer service gave me good tips on how to maximize the space when packing.

I purchased the nova & duffle bag from Wool & Oak. There was a delay in the shipment, however Cynthia ( from customer service) was in constant communication and they arrived when expected. The leather material was very strong and the color was great. Unfortunately, the bags were smaller than I expected; therefore, they were returned. Cynthia walked me through the return process and notified me when the warehouse received the suitcases. She also explained the timeframe of the credit. I received the credit without any problems. Great customer service. Even though I returned the bags; I would buy again, if I wanted a small bag. Also, the quality of the material & outstanding customer service; I would not hesitate in doing business with them.

From day one to a tiny warranty issue (not theirs but a vendor). Best of the best. We are loyal customers!

Amazing customer service as they were very responsive and checked up on me as I was waiting to receive my bag and after it was delivered. This bag is everything I was looking for my morning commute!

When I emailed customer service due to an issue, I received very quick response from a real person. After that, we communicated back and forth to resolve the issue. Responses were always very quick with either questions or instructions to help resolve the problem. I felt like I was a priority and the communication was always very professional and courteous. And the customer care representative always checked in to provide updates and next steps. Outstanding customer service if you ask me!

Great products. I’ve purchased the Nova bag, duffle suitcase, toiletry bag and the cubes. The material holds up and substantial. The look is tasteful and elegant. I’m extremely organized and love how I’m able to keep everything tidy. My only suggestion is to make the toiletry bag larger to accommodate my electric toothbrush.
I will be purchasing the backpack.

If I want quality, sometimes I have to b patient. I can quickly buy inexpensive
luggage/leather anywhere. Having to wait for perfection is worth the wait. The Company is excellent in communication. Sure would like to know the history behind the name “Wool and Oak”
