Wonderful service
I noticed that a couple of Woodblocx were showing signs of rot and contacted the Company to explain the situation. No quibbles, they asked for a couple of photos and they sent 26 blocx to replace the section under guarantee.
Absolutely wonderful service.

I purchased 4 raised beds
I purchased 4 raised beds, delivery happened on time & without fuss. The 4 beds were all on one pallet which made a daunting sight being almost as tall as myself.
Building the beds was straight forward using the emailed instructions which were tailored for my size of beds - just ensure that the the bottom row is both level & square & they go together very easily. The beds have been built for about a year now & they look as good as when first completed.

Excellent serivce and great product, especially when being built
We purchased our woodblox product back in 2013 and we were very satisfied with both the service and the product we received. Since then, now in Oct 22, we needed some replacement parts and again in 2021 we made contact and once again they could not have been more helpful. The beds we built have proven very good although they are not lasting quite as well as we had anticipated, however they are in a cool damp environment and we didn't use any liners so although still in tact I suspect I will be replaceing them within the next 5 years, but that is still nearly 15yrs since we bought them.

Brilliant product
Brilliant product. Delivered quickly by helpful driver. Easy follow instructions to put together. Had one small problem which was resolved straightaway. I have recommended to several people and would definitely purchase again!

Arrived on the correct date all in good condition and complete.Instruction were very clear and precise. I have now had 3 different installations from WoodBlocX and have not had a problem with any delivery or product. Will be ordering a 4th in the New Year to add another raised flowerbed to the garden.

The plan from me was made into perfect raised garden beds. Which I have used thus year. Easy to follow instructions, my wife and I put them together in no time at all.

Excellent easy to construct product
I got a woodblock large planter and am delighted with it. It was easy to construct, is good quality and looks great. It has even survived ( with a little re straightening!) a big truck reversing into it.

Had a slight problem with some wrong parts being sent for a pond but everything was sorted out with minimum amount of bother and time, allowing me to complete the pond. Very good post service!

Great, attractive, flexible and adaptable
Great, attractive, flexible and adaptable way to create in the garden. I built a raised pond with viewing window using WoodBlocX and it is a brilliant garden feature and it’s still going strong after 6+ years.

Exactly what we wanted
We received help with designing a specific shape to fit our patio, ordered the suggested design and had fun building it. The instructions were clear. The wood became the intended colour and we are still very happy with the product.

Excellent company
Very good website, I have ordered 7 raised beds over the last 5 years, all to my measurements. Delivery is excellent and you are kept up to date with details of where your delivery is. They are easy to put together with detailed instructions and after 5 years they still look as good as when I first got them. Very useful with my arthritis as I can sit on the side of them and garden without my joints hurting.

Worth every penny
Building my veggie boxes has brought me such joy when filled and producing produce. If I can build them at the age of 75 then anyone can. Instructions are clear and easy to follow., Don’t think twice WoodBlocX is worth every penny spent go for it .
