Placed an initial order for delivery in roughly10 days time. I was available earlier and Steven very kindly brought the delivery forward. Good value, great communication and fast delivery. The quality of the raised beds are excellent. You do get some green timber markings but this is normal and they fully dry out after time. If you follow the instructions and prepare the area accordingly its a fairly simple process to build them. We already have 5 woodblocx raised beds so we know the sturdiness and longevity of woodblocx materials. They may not be the cheapest option out there but you only get as good as you pay for and Woodblocx is worth every penny!

J’ai eu un retard de livraison mais le personnel a été très réactif.
Le matériel est de qualité et l’assemblage du bassin super bien expliqué.

Very disappointed with some parts of the pond , some blocks don’t line up correctly and the top rail should be in 4 parts instead of odd lengths , this will probably save on shipping cost . With the metal corner strengtheners on the top rail doesn’t sit straight so having to adjust the gap which is a pain , really the angled corners should be routed out to accommodate metal L brackets , again probably costs ! The mitres on the corners are also poor on a couple of corners , all in all not worth the money . I’ve been generous with 2 stars as the delivery was on time and some of the blocks fit , I have just added this since reply , some of the top rails are also cracking already and there is light strap marks on some of the rails but luckily I’ve put at the back , pity can’t add pictures then you could make your own minds up

1.) My signature was forged on delivery.
2.) None of the parts fitted together, so I spent days making adjustments until the product was assembled.
3.) After completion, the quality of the product unfortunately does not look as good as in the great promotional videos.
4.) To summarize: Not recommended !

I forgot to mention that my emails with pictures for documentation were simply ignored (never answered) !

So the company has already received all the necessary information for many months. They are just not interested !

Refrain from squandering your hard earned money. In 2018, we made a decision to purchase an entire garden border solution, which included an integrated bench for our newly constructed home. Regrettably, within a few years, 2023, the entire installation has deteriorated significantly, despite meticulous lining of each flower bed. Consequently, the wood has deteriorated into an extremely costly and decaying mess, necessitating further expenditures for its replacement.

Purchased a pond from here and chose them because I hoped it would be straightforward for me as a woman with bad shoulders to put together. I wasn't disappointed. The wood is great quality and pieces nice and chunky so you can just see it's going to last. It was so easy to put together and looks fantastic. Delivery was also very fast and great communication all round. I would definitely use the company again.

De redelijk hoge prijs gaf me het idee dat dit een topproduct zou zijn.
De montage viel al wat tegen,gaten komen niet altijd goed overeen.
Nu de vijver al even staat valt me op dat de lange zijden toch best bol gaan staan,wat me toch wel een beetje zorgen baart.
Ik hoop dat het niet verder gaat want er komen vissen in en zou wel sneu zijn als het toch niet houd.

Folks be cautious - the expectation set on the website and the reality of poorly machined block is vast! I ordered a 4m long raised bed. Firstly as there is nothing really to hold the bottom layer together, you cannot get 4m of block to line up level on soft ground. I took mine in to my garage where I am lucky to have a level floor and enough space to lay the first layer. However the blocks are not consistent and even on a level hard floor the second layer does not go on even. Half the blocks were wet and green (recently pressure treated) and half were bone dry and brown. Doesn't look good and doesn't fit well together. This is a very expensive product and it's simply not up to standard - I regret not using sleepers now which would have been far cheaper and looked better.

Please note: it was not clear from the website (to me, and to several others who made similar comments) that the one-size amount of PVC pond liner is very large - 4 metres by 4 metres. Smaller, and for most people's purposes more suitably-sized, pond liners are available at much lower cost - eg from B and Q. The pond itself looks very good.

Het product is goed bedacht en vol enthousiatme hebben we besteld. De communicatie na de order ingevoerd en betaald te hebben ervoer ik als gebrekkig. Vervoerders mailen in de Franse taal, telefoonnummer op de orderbevestiging blijkt niet eens te bestaan..! Eindelijk wel alles compleet gekregen en het zier er uiteindelijk redelijk uit, maar wat me tegenviel, was dat de blokken niet allemaal perfect gelijk waren (gaten voor de plastic verbindingsstukken waren vaak uit het midden geboord en sommige blokken hadden een schuin zelfkantje, maar andere weer niet). De schuin gezaagde kopse kanten van deklijst zijn niet gewolmaniseerd. Best wel aardig, maar kan voor hetzelfde geld veel beter. Jammer anders zou het een wereldproduct kunnen zijn.

Such a good experience using WoodBlocX. Once I placed my order I needed them to store the goods whilst my new home was finished which they did with our demurring. The most valuable element for me is the staff. I appreciated the support at the design stage in helping me with my less than straightforward design and loved the follow through to the detailed instructions. There were some logistical issues and the customer services team really owned the problems in a respectful, prompt and satisfactory manner through to resolution. Would recommend this Company to all and could wish that all companies were as good to deal with.

My second purchase from WoodblocX. Really good solid design with clear instructions and very good communications when I had a query. Really recommend this company and product.

The product was as stated in advert the instructions made it easy to put together, as recommended i lined the inside. It was delivered on time by a helpful driver. If i need another raised bed I would return to this company.

These woodBlocx products are brilliant the product is well produced and so easy to put together with the excellent instructions provided.

Ordering process was clear and simple and my planter kits arrived in good time.
Assembly was simple and very satisfying! The finished results are great and I’m looking forward to the spring and summer blooms.

Easy to design the modular system fits together fairly easily and has simple to understand instructions.
My only suggestion would be to have pre cut dowels for the coping to fit and avoid the time and/or expense of special tools to finish that part of the project
