My Wonderchef mixer grinder developed a defect well within the warranty period. The safety-lock mechanism no longer engages properly, and the mixer only runs if I apply constant heavy downward pressure on the jar.

For the first six months, it worked well but not anymore. But Wonderchef refused to honor the warranty, claiming the product is "working" because the motor spins when force is applied.

Wonderchef, your handling of warranty claim has been extremely disappointing. I expected the company to stand behind its products and honor its warranty obligations. Instead, I have been left with no option but to pursue legal remedies. I am filing a case against Wonderchef Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. before the Consumer Commission through the Government's e-Daakhil portal, seeking replacement/refund, financial compensation, compensation for mental harassment, and reimbursement of legal costs. I will also file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and share my experience on consumer forums and social media.

Other consumers who have faced a similar warranty denial or product defect(according to reviews below; many customers have faced it), preserve your emails, invoices, videos, and service records. Such a fraud company and fraud website. I ordered a product 11 days back. When I wanted to know my product status no response from their end. Number of mails are unanswered. The wrost customer service I have even seen. They don't even respond to my calls. Everything I tried but no response. It was written that the shipping partner is Amazon but now when I checked the tracking Amazon is showing that have not received any package from Wonderchef. As the website has no COD option that's why i paid. Kindly refund it if you are unable to provide the service. This is not expecting from a premium brand like Wonderchef. I would have given zero star but the option is not there that's why given one star.

Fraudulent Business Practices – Damaged Item Delivered, Money Held Hostage!

I had ordered a Milano non-stick cookware set on 23rd March. Even after 2 weeks when it wasn't delivered, they cancelled my order. It has been over 40 days and yet I have not received my complete refund. I have called their customer care many times only to get false assurances. Most of my mails are unanswered. Very very bad experience.

I tried to connect to Wi-Fi, as that is essential in the operation of the machine, but was unable to do so though I was using the correct password that other devices in the same room were using successfully. It responded "wrong password". I reset the machine and tried again and turned off the machine and turned it on again. Nothing worked. There is no product support.
