The people at Wollaston mini were so helpful and professional. I felt I was a valued customer. Kyle, who I dealt with through the purchase procedures was kind and understanding and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and understood everything to do with my purchase and part exchange. When I eventually collected my car he took time
to explain all the features and was very patient with me. Full marks to Wollaston mini -would highly recommend.

The experience I Received at Wollaston Northampton was unbelievable. Kyle was the gentleman I dealt with everything ran smoothly. Test drove the car on Saturday picked up on Monday. I will definitely be going back and buying another in a few years time. Such nice people to deal with Friendly, courteous. I picked up my new Mini Cooper Sport yesterday and I have had a positive experience from start to finish. I met with Kyle to discuss suitable options for me, and he was excellent with keeping me updated on his progress with finding me a car I would be interested in. I was a little nervous to test drive an automatic as I have always driven manual, but he made sure I felt safe and comfortable and it was very easy!
Kyle offered great advice, was very friendly and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him.

From my visit to test drive the new Mini Cooper to purchasing one, I cannot fault the service from Kyle. When I picked up my mini, he was so helpful with the new technology, which I was apprehensive about. It’s was my second purchase of a Mini, and Kyle has looked after me both times.

Been a BMW customer for over thirty years and just bought a Mini Countryman E SE All 4. The service from Adam and all the team was brilliant, nothing was too much. Gareth knew the product inside and out and set up the phones easily.

Kyle came out & greeted as I arrived on the forecourt. One thing led to another & one week later we collected Our Mini EV.

Cannot fault the process especially the seemless & easy payment system in which all I had to do was click & confirm on my banking app. No long winded transferring around.

I bought a Mini Cooper convertible and the whole process was seamless. I was given helpful advice and I’m really enjoying my new car. I dealt with Gareth & Kyle and both showed great patience with my endless questions. I would recommend Wollaston Mini.

We arrived quite late at the showroom on a Sunday and, after a test drive, decided on buying the car. We kept everyone there later than they should’ve been but was never made to feel we were holding them up. Gareth was knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process very smooth. Lewis handed the car over to me the following week was also efficient and polite.

We went into the Wollaston Mini showroom after visiting a couple of other local car dealers as we were considering a number of options for a new car as I hadn’t quite decided. I wanted to look at a mini convertible and we were greeted by Kyle who was very friendly and helpful. He was happy to spend time going through all our options and costs before we test drove the demonstration car. Other dealers would not discuss anything very much without us test driving a vehicle first, which had been disappointing, so it was quite refreshing that he was happy to help us in a way that suited us. I happily agreed to purchase my new Mini convertible and having collected this a few days ago, I am extremely pleased. The car is great, the way we were looked after all the way through by Kyle and the other staff was brilliant and the process was very straightforward. I would highly recommend Wollaston Mini.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the showroom and arranged a test drive through to a very smooth and informative sales process that finished up with an excellent handover. This was all managed expertly by Jack Coates and the team.
