My dogs are loving their dinners one more than the other but she is getting better. The only one they dont like is turf and surf but having a lot of foxes visit they do love it. The only moan I would have is the delivery it is often delayed until the next day which is not great in a heat wave.Plus I have waited in only to get an email saying it was not going to arrive which is annoying. Customer service is good I had one delayed delivery that had thawed and felt warm to the touch when I complained a new order was sent straight away. The thawed food was feed to the foxes who were very happy. I had an order last week another late delivery yes some was thawed but it still felt cold so I knew it would be fine to feed. Like lots of people have said that the packing could be better I agree but I also believe it helps keeps the price down. I will try and check the weather before ordering as living in Essex its been roasting......

I've been using Firstchoice Nutrition for years now and my dogs love it, even the fussy one. I never have issues with their skin or health and I largely put that down to what I feed them. It doesn't smell like other raw food companies which is a bonus for me! They also look after their customers as I have been given a voucher before and only today when I sent my order Ryan messaged to make sure I would be around to take the delivery as it is 30 degree heat - he even added more food free of charge to make sure it stayed frozen for the journey up to Scotland!! Great company.

These guys are the best people to deal with. If you have any issues no matter how big or small they have the answers.
I judge a company by how it resolves issues and thats why they get 5*. They have a great product too.
I’ve been using them for a few months now and can’t fault them at all. Won’t be going anywhere else for the foreseeable future.

A quality raw dog feed. Delivered with no hassle. Fast, efficient and friendly. I would collect if located nearer just to mee the team behind the scenes. First class guys.

Good quality dog food, the dogs like it. The service is very good, reliable and efficient. Not sure about the new courier service although they got here in the end.

Been getting Zab's food from First Choice nutrition for the last 12 months. He is a 2 year old Long haired German shepherd with a good healthy appetite, he never misses a meal ever, all raw food from Turkey, chicken, lamb and beef and laps up every morsel. Ryan and the team do a great job and are never out of stock.

Very disappointing experience with First Choice Nutrition (Oldham).

Our delivery was left on a busy main road in direct sunlight instead of in the dedicated delivery box we have at the back of the house for frozen raw food orders. I had to leave work to rush home from work and retrieve it before it defrosted or was stolen. According to Ryan the owner, it was a ‘win’ it even got delivered….

When I emailed further to advise we weren’t impressed, we were advised by Ryan not to order again and calling my complaint a “moany arse email”.

This was only my second order and the second problem (the first being split open food which was sorted) . Completely unprofessional customer service.

Highly recommend this dog food it’s good quality and reasonably priced. People are very friendly and polite 🙂

the quality is really good, very competitive prices as well.
we tried the "new" delivery system but unfortunately it doesn't work for us, easier for us to pick it all and get it in the boot of the car.

We struggled for years with gut issues with our Cane Corso and Staffy when using other raw brands. We’ve been using First Choice Nutrition for nearly 6 months now and have had zero issues. Both dogs are healthy, settled, and doing really well on it.

These guys came highly recommended by our dog trainers and the delivery has always been spot on.

Great company and the puppy meat I have been using for my puppies is amazing they look fantastic off it and absolutely love it.

I have been searching for an affordable quality product to feed two Labradors for quite a while. They are demolishing about 40kg a month and First Choice has allowed me to feed them an only raw diet. Both boys love it, they are healthy, full of energy and have brilliant teeth. Amazing product and price.

Only started feeding my dog this 4 days ago and i can see a difference in her already,no red patches no scratching and she licks the dish clean.will definately be keeping her on this food now.the delivery is fast too.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but for First Choice, I felt I had to.

As an owner of 3 large breeds (who eat a lot) it was important to me to find a raw food company that is competitively price, but that didn’t compromise on quality.

I tried a very popular raw brand based in Durham that came up very competitively priced, but the quality of the meat was awful. The bone content was higher than stated on the packaging and it was really watery.

I then tried a higher end brand, the quality was fantastic, but it was very expensive to feed 3 large dogs.

Then I came across First Choice Nutrition after seeing it recommended time and time again. The price was a good starting point, and when the food arrived I couldn’t believe the quality. And our 3 dogs lose their MINDS over it!! They have never once refused a meal, and it is super budget friendly too! If you order the bundles, it works out even cheaper than the cheap brand I had tried before!

I recommend First Choice to anyone and everyone who owns a dog. I couldn’t be happier, and will never shop anywhere else.
