Not received my order after over a…
Not received my order after over a month, when I got a message from DHL saying it was delivered I received a completely different item and have had no correspondence on a refund or where my order actually is.

LCD display needs rethinking
LCD display needs rethinking! Please note if you are considering buying this fridge, the max/min reset is too close to the on/off function. This has resulted in a loss of vaccines worth over £5k, within the first 24hours of use.

Would have given 0 if it existed. Husband ordered Dario test strips in November. Told several times they were despatched which was a lie. Still not here and now fighting for weeks to get a refund. Absolutely useless customer service team who seemingly cannot resolve a simple issue. Never again 🤬

Good morning, Mr Hurst, I've investigated your order request and can confirm that unfortunately your items were not dispatched, due to you not providing a GMC number at point of order. Our website specifically asks for this number whenever a pharmaceutical order is placed. As a reputable medical supplies company, we have strict regulations and guidelines in place. We are unable to provide pharmaceutical products to anyone without this medical license number. Please be rest assured, that our customer care team have requested your refund via our accounts department, this will be processed in due course. We usually advise to allow 3-5 days for the funds to transfer to your account I’ve also emailed you directly Mr Hurst, so that you have my direct email address. If you do have a GMC number to provide, I can certainly intercept and replace your order for you today. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
