Extremely unhelpful, terrible customer service, we still have not had a refund that was requested on the 29th September for an order that they could not fulfill and did not inform us that they couldn't fulfill the order but still took payment in full for it!! They do not reply to any emails that I have sent. Please do not order from them

I cannot fault my experience with this company. I ordered an item and inadvertently gave an incomplete delivery address. They responded very promptly both to my phone call and email and corrected the mistake. The item I ordered was the cheapest by far compared to other suppliers and was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. I had read some not so good reviews but gave them a go anyway and was so glad I did as I am very pleased with the service I received, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Based entirely on the product (I bought the INRange Coagucheck machine), I am very pleased with what I bought. It will save me hours of faff, and also save the NHS a fortune...one day all INR will be measured this way!
However, I was offered a 10% discount on my order, which I didn't actually get. They explained that the computer system wasn't set up right; I waited a while to see if they would put things right, but I have heard nothing.

I ordered my product and delivery was so fast I could not believe. It was 2 days to receive my order. Product was packed very well and quality is good.

I placed an order on 8th of December 2024. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. My order was supposed to arrive by 3-5 days after but it has not been delivered as of today, 29th December
I have attempted to contact customer service regarding this issue, This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly disappointing.
This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and it has completely undermined my trust in this company. I hope this review prompts the team to address such issues more efficiently in the future. I would appreciate an immediate resolution to my situation.

Ordered on 29th November and still have not received my items. I have emailed them twice and called Williams Medical twice. There was no response to emails. The person on call reassured that someone would get in touch but it has been a week and no contact.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. Even if the order is delayed they should at least give an update!

( Turns out the items were on a back order - But this was not listed when purchasing : So product availability needs to be clear and far more transparent)

I placed an order on October 10th at which point I received a confirmation email. Since then, nothing.
I have emailed twice asking for any update on the order and had no reply. I wouldn't call this good customer service.

eSupplies Medical supplied what I specified 7.5 cm X 1m stereoplast, they were at the time the only ones who had what I wanted
