I have ordered 3 shirts almost a month ago. The package has not even been given out to DHL yet. Customer support replied once and is now ignoring me. Lots of fake reviews.

Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. Terrible brand.

Hice 2 pedidos y voy a por el tercero. La ropa es bonita y en mi caso no tuve ningún problema con el envío. La única pena, que las devoluciones no sean gratis

Ich habe schon einige Male bei Wituka bestellt und bin immer wieder begeistert von der Qualität und den Motiven der Shirts. Lediglich bei einem neulich bestellten Shirt gab es Beanstandungen, und der Kundenservice hat mir schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Rundum tolles Onlineshopping-Erlebnis!

Binnen 5 dagen mijn 3 shirts binnen. Geleverd als brievenbuspakket en qua kwaliteit zoals de afbeelding. Maat is goed, heb altijd L en dit was ook nu goed. Nu hopen dat het op de lange termijn ook goed is. Voor nu; 5 uit 5.

Nice shirts for a great price. I had some problems with the shipment (from DHL side), but got great -quick- help from the customer services.

Je m’étais trompé de taille dans la commande, j’ai rapidement contacté le service client et ils ont pu modifier la commande (alors qu’elle était déjà préparée) avant l’expédition. Colis reçu en quelques jours (provenant d’Allemagne).

Envío muy rápido y camisetas con mucha calidad. ¡Los diseños son geniales! Ya es mi tercer pedido y volveré a repetir. Por cierto, las camisetas oversize son geniales, ojalá pronto nuevos diseños 🥰

Commande passée courant décembre 2024. Toujours rien au bout de 3 semaines. Après plusieurs échanges de mails, ils m'indiquent qu'il y a eu un "problème" et que les produits vont être expédiés. Finalement, toujours rien. Je relance. La même rengaine, il y a encore eu un "problème", mais les produits vont être expédiés sous peu.
Je demande finalement le remboursement. Je viens de recevoir 9,90€ alors que j'ai initialement payé 62,70€. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un site marchand aussi ... peu organisé, mensonger, non professionnel ... voleur ?

Tras el último pedido tenía dudas de dónde se encontraba mi pedido porque no podía hacer seguimiento (malas fechas en Navidad) pero es verdad que contacté con atención al cliente y me resolvieron la duda de manera rápida y llegó cuando me dijeron por email que lo iba a hacer.
La calidad de las camisetas es buena.

They have not sent my parcel after 20 days of having placed my order.
I bought 4 tshirts on their website on the 18th of December, and it has not been sent since then. DHL's website shows the only update from the 19th of December as "The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically", which means they have electronically created a tag for the parcel but it has not even been sent out yet.
It's been 20 days and I don't even know when the parcel is going to be sent.
Their customer support is the worst I have ever seen, as they leave you waiting for a reply on Instagram, and their email customer service does not help at all - They only say there's been a delay with DHL, but they haven't even sent the parcel yet.
I don't even know if I will get the parcel as I am moving out of the country soon and no sign of my products.
EITHER GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR SEND ME THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT!!

Actualización*** desde la marca a través del correo corporativo que tienen habilitado para ello han estado pendientes de solucionar la incidencia, profesionalmente y de forma rápida. He tenido que ir personalmente a recoger el pedido a la oficina porque no me daba mucha seguridad tras la incidencia con la mensajería. El aspecto negativo es que he pagado envío a domicilio para nada, aunque tengo que decir que el pedido venía correcto y todo como siempre de buena calidad. Agradezco enormemente su atención y rapidez (en apenas 48horas han contestado a mi email). ***************************************************He realizado un pedido por el que he pagado gastos de envío y que según ellos llegaba en 24/48 horas laborables. Ya ha pasado el plazo y no lo he recibido ni tengo forma de saber dónde está mi paquete. En la delegación de envío no cogen teléfono y la localización del paquete con el número de pedido no funciona. He enviado email del que todavía no he recibido respuestas. La compra online es desastrosa. No volveré a usar este servicio nunca más.

An antisemitic brand, unfortunately. No delivery to Israel, though the shop delivers to all over the world, including "Palestine Territories" and all sorts of dictatorships and terrorist-related states like Eritrea, Iraq, Lebanon etc.
Beware and avoid.

I have not yet received my products, even though it's been 8 business days (order date 03-12) and shipping is estimated at 7-10 business days. I simply cannot believe that delivery cannot be expedited. They are even slower than Temu! Never again!

Jaren geleden bestelling via de website gedaan, alles prima. Wederom bestelling gedaan begin november. Kreeg de volgende dag een mail dat het onderweg was. Echter, track&trace nummer doet het niet. Geen reactie op mail of Whatsapp. Ook nog gebeld naar het nummer op de website maar er wordt niet opgenomen.

Inmiddels via WhatsApp te horen gekregen dat 'mijn pakket ontvangen is.'
Ik heb nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op de vragen of ze hun 'bewijs' hiervan aan mij willen laten zien komt er geen reactie.

Es la segunda vez que compro ropa, concretamente sudaderas, y estoy muy contenta. Las tallas se ajustan perfectamente a la guía y las prendas parecen de buena calidad. Por ahora, experiencia muy satisfactoria.
