I purchased the Fujifilm X-S10 with…
I purchased the Fujifilm X-S10 with Fuji XF 16-80 mm lense just before Christmas.Very pleased with my camera . I traded my LUMIX Fz 1000 and got a good price for it so purchased the Sigma 30mm F1.4 with the money also a great lens. I had a problem downloading a firmware update for my camera so contacted the store and they were happy to do the update for me with no charge so I’m very happy with the Warrington Store for sorting my problem.

Camera arrived faulty.
I order a camera described as near perfect, it arrived faulty. A fault, I found within 20 seconds of holding the camera. Although there were apologies I'm still waiting for my camera back nearly 5 weeks after receiving it originally.
I've had to ask for ALL updates instead of getting them automatically . The last email I got was quite stern with a false apology ( again!)
I paid for the camera, its their fault its faulty for not checking it properly. Not mine.

We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an extremely high standard of service, and it would seem that on this occasion we have fallen short of this high standard by failing to update you about the progress of your repair after sending you a pre-owned camera which was not in perfect condition.
Please accept our apologies for supplying you with a Pre Owned item not up to our usual high standards. The fault with the control wheel should have been picked up on when the camera was prepared for sale to prevent such inconvenience to customers like you.
This failure has already been investigated internally and measures have been taken to prevent this happening again.
We immediately issued a pre-paid label to return the camera for a full refund or also offered the option of a repair, which is the option you chose.
We fully appreciate and understand your frustrations and we completely agree you should not have needed to chase us on the progress of the repair of this item by Canon’s authorised repair agent.
We are truly sorry for the delay in your most recent update, but it is unfair to say that you have had to chase at any other point. When your camera was returned to us, it was signed in at 14.37 on January 18th and by January 19th at 11.51 you emailed us asking for an update. We do need time to process returns.
In our email dated the 19th January we did inform you that the repair would not be collected by the repair agents until Wednesday 25th January. We then authorised the repair on the 27th January after it was checked in by the repairers. Unfortunately, the required spare part needed to repair your camera was out of stock, the required spare part was delivered by Canon UK on the 9th February. We should have updated you on any progress during this time and we failed to do so and for this we are sincerely sorry.
Your follow up email was rather accusatory - suggesting your camera was only repaired because you complained and suggesting that it wouldn't take weeks to get spare parts for a Canon EOS 7D Mark II. Whilst a timescale of 4 weeks to repair this camera is frustrating and disappointing it is not unusual for repairs to take this length of time, especially when a camera has been disontinued. Due to the tone and contents of your last email, it was thought best only to respond when we had an update for you, rather than enter into an argument. This update is now below due to the timing of your review:
The work has since been completed and the camera has been inspected by the technician. It will be delivered back to us on Wednesday 15th February (tomorrow) and we will endeavour to get this dispatched to you on the same day using a tracked next working day courier service. Therefore, if all goes smoothly with the courier service, you will have your camera back in time for the weekend and your wife can enjoy her hobby once again. Please pass our apologies onto her also.
Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the below standard service you have experienced on this occasion and we hope your wife will love using her new camera and take some great images with it.

I ordered a Sony FDR-AX43A camera and two days later it arrived. Outstanding service !
What's more is that John Lewis are selling this camcorder for £140 more than the price I paid for this camera. I bought it for £529 from Wilkinson. Again outstanding. This was the cheapest price that I could find. Jessops wanted £599
The AX43A is a good camera, so one is an extremely happy bunny !!!

The price of the item I purchased was very competitive. I was however given the wrong information initially on the length of the warranty which nearly made me purchase from somewhere else. Fortunately I called the company about the item and was given the correct info by a lovely lady which sealed the deal. Excellent customer service in the end.

The camera I ordered was unfortunately out of stock
The camera I ordered was unfortunately out of stock, sadly you did not find this out at time of placing order, I received an email a few days later explaining the situation asking if I wanted to keep or cancel the order, due date was given as 28/10/22, camera arrived 2 weeks earlier than this.
This was due to global shortage not the seller so am pleased with how quickly it arrived

Hadn't used these before but they were the only ones that had the camera i wanted at a reasonable price (point and shoot panasonic lumix DC TZ95).
Very impressed , within a few minutes of enquiring when delivery would be, they responded and said they had just received stock, ordered a few minutes later - then almost immediately DPD emailed to say it would be delivering the next day !! - well impressed. (had to say 'wow....' as i was going away and put delivery to be re-arranged for the day after i was back - only took a few seconds on DPD's app. Camera arrived , works beautifully at moment. Well impressed. 5 stars for customer service, dispatch time and the courier they elected to use
