Fantastic Design, advice and support from the team at Wicks in Widnes. Special shout out to Hayley B who provided superb advice and ideas for the design and installation and was always fully available to quickly resolve any issues encountered, absolutely superb service. We are very happy with the finished kitchen. Wicks take care of all aspects from design, delivery and installation, thoroughly recommend.

My kitchen designer Hayley at Widnes was amazing. Very pleasant and really listen to what I wanted and worked with me to get my dream kitchen in the price I had set myself. I would definitely recommend Widnes store and Hayley for your kitchen design. Can’t comment on kitchen yet as it’s pending fitting. I will add review post fit. Many thanks 👍🏻

I purchased a tin of paint £10 00 special offer ,however i have been charged £48 00 no one can resolve thus despite my bank telling me about the amount taken! I now have to go to the bank get a statement as proof of payments taken despite the fact I have all invoices on my phone .its not easy for me to get to a bank then go to a store so I would not recommend this store at all !

In a hurry, weather dreadful. Kevin, Store Manager of Wickes Widnes, could not have been more helpful. Not only did he patiently help me to find the items I was looking for (a very specific number of paints, in particular size tins), but he helped me carry them out to the car, and then ensured they were stored securely in case of spillage. Very much appreciated.

Phil Jones at the new Southport store measured up our kitchen a couple of weeks ago then we visited him in store today. He listened to our ideas and made suggestions that we hadn't thought about. He showed us around the kitchen showroom to help us make decisions about the type of kitchen we wanted and helped us choose what would work for us. 2 1/2 hours later, we had printed pictures of what our new kitchen could look like together with a full breakdown of the costs. So far, we are very happy with the service we have received. We would highly recommend Wickes.

From the first day we sat down at the Wickes store in Widnes with our kitchen designer Lyndsey Matthews everything has ran like clockwork.
Following some previous work that we had that was extremely poor Lyndsey assured us that this would not be the case and as she told us way back in February, she was involved every step of the way.
Our kitchen was installed in September and the two fitters Andy & Andy were excellent!! I would absolutely recommend Wickes and especially Lyndsey😊👌👌5 Stars for her and those two fitters she chose for us.

Ordered some flooring in store for same day delivery, it arrived at the customer's house half an hour after I got back there! 5 Stars!!!!!

Went to Wickes in Widnes for our new kitchen and from the designer Lyndsey to the fitter Jordan, I would highly recommend them for such a fantastic job.

We have been consulting with Ben regarding our new kitchen. With his help we now have an excellent design and are looking forward to installation. Communication has been excellent - even on his day off. Ben was very patient with our questions and decisions - he took the time to show us examples in the showroom, make suggestions and give advice.
Once the contracts were signed we have had next steps emails and texts in good time. We’re looking forward to having our new kitchen installed in time for Christmas.

Wonderful staff. The most polite, professional & knowledgeable staff. Every visit is a pleasure. There’s simply no alternative to this great store. Super range of products at excellent prices! A real gem!

We were served by Elise today who was lovely and so helpful! She got rapid delivery ordered for us and it was delivered within 2 hours. Thanks again Elise!

We phoned up Widnes Wickes to ask if they had the Dulux Matt emulsion Timless in stock, it was on a great offer.
Aimee answered the phone on two occasions and was brilliant checking for stocks. She told us she'd call us back if the paint came in that day which she did then put three tins away for us to collect later. Big thanks to Aimee!

Ben was outstanding! Top class service! Very helpful, gave us some brilliant hints and tips! Would definitely buy again!
