We’ve had a new worktop installed in our kitchen and utility. Reece from Wickes in Derby has been great. He helped us choose the right worktop, arranged delivery, and was super helpful with last minute additions. He’s also provided guidance on other accessories. We’re so happy with our new worktop. Highly recommend.

All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful – especially Marlon. I've been there for training on a few occasions now, and he always makes the whole day run smoothly. Great team at Wickes Derby!

I was in a hurry and unsure of the location of some of the products I needed . Marlon helped me and checked on availability. Really helpful and gave fantastic customer service.

Visited the Derby store today and was served by Nessa. She was extremely helpful and patient, we have had a particularly difficult week following the sudden death of a relative and it was really nice to find someone who was prepared to take the time to help us find the items we wanted.

He visited our home measured our kitchen and listened to our requirements...no pushy sales.arranged a visit to store so we could view our designed kitchen and he went above and beyond . Great advice and help in choosing the right items and helped us make suitable choices.felt at ease and we had a giggle along the way.100%hit our design brief and we now have a beautiful new kitchen...Nothing was too much trouble even after sales contact was spot on and anything promised was spot on.
So a Huge Thank you from jenny &chris its been an absolute pleasure having such a genuine person look after us.
I'd highly recommend go see reece if your need a new kitchen designing as he's a credit to wickes at Derby.

I have a laugh whilst going into Wickes Derby, all the staff are a great help and easy to get along with.

Went in today was looking for all sorts of bits and bobs needing inspiration to find those parts and a young lady called Vanessa helped me..
Got all the bits I needed and even recommended a few other bits which would help me..

I completed a community donation request and visited the Derby branch a few days ago. I spoke to Linda who offered me September's donation. She was very helpful showing me the products I was interested in and wanted to know what our aim was. She explained how to get the most out of the £100. A few days later we have been able to collect the bags of stone and edgings to help create our magical fairy area in our school grounds. Brookfield Primary School are very grateful we were successful in securing the donation and look forward to sharing the before and after photos with you.

Scott was extremely helpful in getting coping stones, mortar and sand onto my trolley also offered to load into my car...very polite and helpful thank you!

Visited the Derby store today. Nice tidy store, got everything i needed.
Headed to the till area, wasnt kept waiting at all. The service was great, It was a pleasure to be served by a lovely lady called Bev.

What a great member of staff you have in Bev. She helped me to my car with my paint after seeing that I have you walk with a stick. She’s a credit to you.

Exceptional service from a lovely lady at Wickes today. We were looking for a specific paint where my "man look" had found two cans of silk instead of matt finish.
When I popped up to the till with a 5l can and two 2.5's. This was met with a "hold on the 5l ones are on offer, let me pop to the warehouse"... A few minutes later, and we walked out with what we needed and saved quite a few pounds in the process - compared to what we were going to buy.
Others would have just taken payment for the first items, but thanks to some good old fashioned customer service we got what we wanted at a great price. Thank you!

The staff are always so helpful and supportive whenever I visit and whilst renovating my house - that has been very often!!
However the staff member Sandy always goes above and beyond especially regarding paint mixing. Taking an interest in my own project, sharing her own lived and professional knowledge and skills.

We went to pick up a "click and collect" order, and as we were about to pay another member of staff decided to start her own conversation with the lady who was serving us. She obviously felt this was more important than us, and went off to speak with her colleague. What a poor example of customer service! We had to wait as we'd paid online, otherwise we would have left and gone somewhere where our custom was appreciated. We will NOT be going back.
