Went in to buy some paint and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

I’m doing renovations on my garden. Wickes is just around the corner. Every time I have been in the staff are friendly, and very attentive. The store is well stocked with everything I needed.
I will be back again. Onto the next project 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sue at the Bury store was helpful, polite and just a generally lovely person to deal with. Thanks for helping me decide on the right paint/primer to buy for my railings.

Been to Wicks in Bury to buy paint.
Was able to buy some colours off the shelf but needed two colours to be mixed.
Spoke to an extremely helpful member of staff, James. He explained the procedure and the price and checked that we were happy. We were. James mixed the paint and also said if we needed more of the same to take a photo of the sticker that he put on the tin and we would get the exact match. Very helpful plus the paint was on offer.
Didn't wait long and very good service from James.

A member of staff at the Bury site named Jack was so helpfull with a purchase which you did not have in stock, enabling for me to have home delivery.
He was efficient and went out of his way to sort my purchase out.
A credit to the bury store who will get many return customers.

Hannah was very friendly and very helpful at the till. She sorted out my order for collection quickly and efficiently.
John then took everything to my car and put 12 heavy bags into the car . Nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciated both their excellent service

I have used Bury Wickes for over a decade. Service has always been polite and effective. Recently Hannah helped me to try and pay my bill with a multiple store card. I believed it was acceptable to Wicks but after several attempt using different methods the card was not accepted. Importantly, it was the perseverance of Hannah that impressed me.
Looking forward to another decade or two of business!?

Wahida has been amazing through the whole process of choosing and designing our kitchen. Nothing wa stop much trouble even when I changed things around.

We were fortunate to have Wahida to deal with the planning of our kitchen: she was professional, knowledgeable and, more importantly, for us, she was patient.

Top service from Jack at the Bury store. Needed a kitchen cabinet door, Jack confirmed it was not in stock, checked all local stores and then ordered it for home delivery. Took him less that 10 mins, sorted.

Sue was amazing who works at the bury branch. Was so helpful. She noticed her collegue was not helpful when we asked for support, and sue came to us herself asking if we still needed help. It felt like collegue didnt want to be at work. But sue was amazing and deffinatly deserves the 5 stars

Fantastic experience last year with Alima Begum the design consultant at Wickes, Bury. Alima is friendly, transparent, professional and down-to-earth; a great communicator, with an excellent eye for design. We were grateful for her patience, expertise and guidance regarding the design and installation of our new kitchen (which we absolutely love). The kitchen fitter Darren also did an excellent job on the install. A great experience all round with Wickes. We are now getting a bathroom installed too (again with Alima's help, so we know we are in safe hands).

Welcomed by Hannah as walked in. Found items that we required, prompt and helpful.
Only downside to location is barriers on entry and exit.

We visited Wickes/Bury for a kitchen and was seen by Wahida the design consultant who gave us professional advice backed up by sound knowledge of kitchens, she was so helpful nothing was to much trouble and planned everything for us, after Wahida had been round to measure up we received plans and a AI visual of what it would look like. We can honestly say a great experience and first class service. 5 🌟

Just to say 'Thanks'very much for the help to get something loaded in the car as we are disabled .It was absolutely a rain downpour and he said it was no problem. Just to tell him thanks.

Stopped by Wickes Bury and was helped by James and Sue. Both were really polite, easy to talk to, and knew their stuff. They made everything straightforward and stress-free, which I appreciated. Solid service all round.
