Excellent product and service! Service in all aspect- in-store, online and customer service (Sarann, the best!). My favourite go to tea! 💕

Not to be nasty or contradictory....just honest regarding the triple chocolate biscuits...Whittard. These biscuits had NO chocolate pieces or chunks in them as described as loaded with chocolate chunks! I couldn't believe how sub standard these were. For $18 aud plus postage it could have at least lived up to the description...So disappointing. The canister however is stunning I will store tea in it. The cheap biscuits in the supermarket are much nicer to be honest. I will not purchase these twice. Extremely poor quality! Also they crumble before you can get them into your mouth. And yes mine were still in use by date. Sorry for the bad news
UPDATE: Whittard have been in touch and have been extremely supportive and helpful expressing their understanding and investigation into the manufacturing of the biscuits as they aim for a very high standard. Thank you Whittards 👍

Great customer service. Had an issue with a delivery and the company responded quickly apologising for the issue and replacement sent out at no cost or hassle. The subscription service is so flexible and great to ensure I do not run out of coffee.

Sarann in customer services has been amazing with helping with my order that went missing in delivery, super quick responses and went above and beyond to help get it sorted!

​I have been a loyal customer of Whittard for some time, but I am writing this review to express my frustration with a recent purchase.
​I received a bag of coffee that was clearly ground incorrectly—it was ground far too fine for the intended brew method. As a result, it caused significant issues with my coffee machine. To be absolutely certain it was the product and not the machine, I tested other bags of the exact same grind from Whittard, and they worked perfectly fine, confirming this specific batch was defective.

​When I contacted customer service to resolve this, I was told that I would be expected to pay the postage to return the faulty item. I find this policy entirely unreasonable. I am not returning this item because I changed my mind; I am returning it because Whittard supplied a defective product that does not meet the standards I expect from your brand.

​Expecting a customer to incur a financial cost to rectify a mistake made by the company is poor customer service. I hope Whittard reconsiders this policy for situations where the product is clearly at fault, as it has certainly made me reconsider future purchases.

I bought some raspberry hot chocolate powder on the 5th January, its still in date and I have been using it but its suddenly gone bad. Its not mixing and has become discoloured and smells bad too. I contacted customer service about it and sent multiple pictures showing the discolouration and the horrible clumps it was forming, I was asked to send a sample which I did just for them to tell me there was nothing wrong. I have bought the powders from this company before and never has there been multiple colours in a tub and its never clumped like this one had either. I was not even offered a refund for that tub or reimbursement for postage. The customer service is really poor. And the state of that powder just a few weeks late was disgusting and clearly something was off.

Discount code wouldn’t work. Spoke to a member of staff called Sarann and she posted out the extras that were meant to be included with the discount code.

When making an order online I was trying to use a promo code to get some free biscuits with my order, however it wouldn't work and then expired. Sarann was super helpful, got back to me quickly and sent me out some biscuits directly once I had placed my order. Thanks so much!
