Quality of merchandise is so poor!!! Items do not look like their advertised photos. Their return policy is subject to oversees return shipping so the return costs more than the items. It’s just throwing money away if you order from them. I will be disputing my credit card charge for defective merchandise.
Defintiely not a real company based out of the US. Ordered 2 shelves - pictures made them look large - it's totally on me for not measuring based on given measurements. Having a similar experience as someone mentioned - they said it would be to cumbersome even though their website says they will offer a full refund. Reported as fraud to my bank.
I ordered two dresses for a wedding and made sure there was a return policy in the event that they didn’t fit. The website said hassle free returns.
The dresses were too large under the arms and you could see my breasts.
It was difficult to find out how to return the dresses. I had to go on their website and email them. Since then I have had ten emails telling me how expensive and cumbersome it is to return items and they would let me keep the dresses and give me a 10%, then 20%, and finally 30% partial refund. I have had them offer everything but a full refund.
This is a scam company.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, despite me sending multiple photos of proof that it was incorrect, yet they refused to give me a refund. Do not order from them. They are obviously running some kind of grift.
I have been trying to return a rug for the past 3 weeks now. I finally get someone to respond, I send back the rug per direction and the package was rejected. The person who received the package at West and Hale said "refused, we don't want it". I am still without a refund and based on their webpage, they offer a 30-day return option. BEWARE ANY BUYER - this place is sketchy and they do not refund like their website claims.
