I have always driven a Toyota. The service has been good, and everyone has been very friendly. My car has been serviced within a reasonable time. However, since I purchased my brand new Toyota in 2020, I have been experiencing problems with water accumulating in my doors. Every time I take it in for service, I inform the technician about this issue.

On Friday, Jessica told me that I would need a diagnosis first. I don’t think it’s fair, considering I bought the vehicle new, and there was a defect from the start. This problem should have been resolved initially instead of me having to come in to get my doors drained of rainwater. It rains constantly in Florida.

I gave the service a good score only because the staff did a great job. However, I’m not sure I will buy my next vehicle from Toyota, as this issue should have been addressed when I first purchased my car.

From the time she reached out about my inquiry and worked with me via text, to the time I got to the dealership and through finance, she was extremely patient, understood my requirements/expectations and was not pushy at all.
