I wanted the Limited version of the Prius which has all the features that I wanted, and even though they didn't have one in their inventory, they found one at another dealer and while it was supposed to take a couple weeks to arrive, it showed up faster than expected. And it's a lovely car.

Pedro did a wonderful job helping me with my appointment and making sure that my car is in tip top shape!

Fast and efficient

Had a blowout and got the car towed to Wesley Chapel Toyota to check it over and to put a new tire on. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and they were so kind and were able to do the check to okay the mechanical parts, get a new tire on, and get us back on the road.

Great sales manager! Wonderful people to do business with. This was my first experience with them and was very happy.

Was caught off-guard with a 2% credit card fee for my service. I don't know many people who carry $500 in their wallet. The dealership has control over the prices of their services, so to add this fee is just greedy.
Otherwise, good experience and would recommend.

I took my car in for several services. They found an additional problem when going over the car and explained it to me without talking down to me. I was there for a few hours and then they told me I needed to leave the car overnight. They set me up with a brand new loaner to get home in. They called me the next morning when the car was ready. I received a detailed receipt and was on my way. Easy peasy.

I have been a customer of Toyota Wesley Chapel (WC) for a long time, and purchased 4 cars from this dealership In the past. I have been treated by the staff and management with respect and curtesy. Toyota services department has also been very good in assisting me in repairs and services I needed on my cars over the years. I have a great respect for management and staff at WC Toyota.

Went in for my 5,000 mileage service and I was in & out within an hour! Great service, great coffee. Filled up my window fluid, did the 360 inspection. Would have love to get it vacuum and wash though like my old dealer was doing. Maybe something to consider in the future.

They told me it would take 1.5 hours and that is exactly the time it took. The kept me informed via text messages of their progress. In and out smoothly.

The place is nice, clean, and quiet. However, you have to wait about 2 hours just for an oil change and the inspection report.

I’ve always heard that Toyota cars are very reliable, but every time I go there for an oil change and regular check-up, there’s always something else that needs to be fixed. 😩 I feel like the oil change is “free,” but then they want me to spend $1,000 or more on repairs… and my car isn’t even that old. 🙄

And when I ask if any of these repairs are covered by the insurance Toyota sold to me, they don’t seem to know what I’m talking about. You really have to be prepared for anything when you go there. 😒

Made an appointment. At arrival they took me right in. Advisor came in quickly. And we were done within an hour. Great service!

Regarding the recall of my Camry : Fast appointment setting, pleasant crew on drop off. The young lady at the loaner car desk was so cheerful I couldn’t help but smile. The Manager for the repairs explained what they were going to do and the timing of it. Communications via text was convenient and allowed me to get my scheduled routine completed.
