Never Again! A totally unprofessional outfit - overpriced, incompetent and extremely rude customer service. Asked them to attend for a heating thermostat problem, simply came and confirmed what the problem was and charged me a hefty bill and switched off my heating completely. They would not return until I made an even bigger payment upfront to fix the problem. After paying again, they did not turn up, and promised to come in the next day, they didn't turn up on the next day as well! Turned up on the 3rd day. No apology except rudeness from customer services. Look elsewhere

We are sorry that you were not happy with the service provided.
Your case was investigated and hope the following responds accordingly to the points mentioned:
1. Upon our initial call out our engineer confirmed the issue to be with the thermostat for which we provided a fixed price and was able to proceed but had not been able to get hold of you. For this reason the thermostat had been linked out for a temporary measure. The minimum charge was applied for the temporary measure.
2. Upon approval of the thermostat replacement (some time after the initial call) a 50% deposit was requested.
3. Our appointments were made and for unforseen circumstances there were delayed given the festive period. We are sorry that you had experienced the two delays but had got the thermostat installed. Our aim is to limit delays as much as possible but often jobs run over and we do not leave customers with unfinished works.
4. Please accept our sincere apologies that you felt our customer service team did not respond appropriately as it took quite some time leading up to getting the final payment of the accepted works that were completed. Our payment terms are upon completion as stated originally.
All your concerns have been noted to enable to our management team to improve services for future customers.

OVERPRICED
We had to pay £315 for an emergency call out, for a temporary fix that didn't fix anything. Then got a quote for £4,200 to do the repair. We were a bit sceptical about the pricing so got second opinions from two other plumbers who quoted in the £500 range for the same work. It's OUTRAGEOUS they charged over 8 times the price. TOO EXPENSIVE

We were disappointed to have received the rating.
Since, we had a look into your case and believe there was a miscommunication on what this quote included.
It appears that the quote received was only including accessing and fixed the leak whereas the quote we provided was to carry out all the remedial works as well as the repair.
Our quote included all aesthetics works - i.e. new plasterboarding , flooring and decorating.

Con artists! - seal on the 45 was leaking and they told me the entire flu system needed replacing for £1300. They charged £228 to spend an hour diagnosing an obvious problem, AND they cut the gas pipe instead of just putting a disc by the meter, to drum up even more unnecessary work for themselves. Thank God I didn't take them at their word and got a second opinion! They literally tried to scam me out of a thousand pounds

We are sorry to have ready such dissatisfaction based on your experience with us.
Our team have investigated your case to enable us to response accordingly.
Our aim is to diagnose as quickly as as possible to enable repair - on this occasion it was found that the inner flu was leaking through into the air duct and dripping inside the boiler.
We showed you the gaps within the flu system - this is immediately dangerous hence shutting of the supply. We have photos of this and as Gas Safe Engineers we have a duty of care to ensure we leave the boiler in safe condition.
Only the gas boiler was capped to enable usage of other gas appliances.
We hope the alternative contractors have carried out works that were required in accordance to safety regulations. In any case, we are still here if you need any further information.

I do not recommend this company any more,they service my boiler
around end of OCTOBER 2019.more than a month later on December
19/12/19 my boiler stop working i went back to them they were not
helpful and they were asking so much more than double the fee above average which i was not able to pay for it.i feel they do not provide a good service.

Made an appointment for between 9-11 am…
Made an appointment for between 9-11 am but received a call at 9.45 to say engineer was stuck on a big job but would have someone out between 1-3pm. At 12.30 received call to say that the engineer had called in sick and no one could attend. Pathetic service.

My 90 year old aunt had an emergency electrical problem. The electrician came out very quickly and sorted the problem in a very efficient and friendly manner. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fast and reliable Sunday night repair
We were hit with a pipe break on a Sunday evening and had to have it repaired that night as carpet and wardrobe fitters were booked to install on the following Monday morning. Whilst the carpet fitting could have been postponed the wardrobe installation could not.
The plumbers attended within an hour of call out, and carried out the fix of the broken pipe excellently and within a reasonable time. We paid a premium rate but the work got done which meant the works scheduled for the Monday could remain on schedule.

We fix came to fix my device after it had been sent off and when it came back it still had the same problem. The engineer Kam was very polite ,helpful and he understood what was wrong he fixed it for me. The phone is like new now would recommend this service.it was quicker using this service than sending off . And Kam is a credit to we fix
