NEED IT! DON'T GET IT AND GET CHARGED FOR IT! not as catchy granted, but more grounded. I am not giving up. you know who I am. Peeps, just avoid trust me.

Noticed that there's a lot of ẃankers with auto grabbers on the app, always when I'm under 1-2 miles within the order it will not load following by someone instantly accepting it. I'm almost 100% sure people use auto grabbers to grab orders even the ones they don't intend to deliver. This pisses me off. Orders should only come within 0-3 miles range at most that would minimise wait time for customers and the auto grabbing přicks or people who accept a lot of orders and don't deliver them should be banned after doing so few times. Now there's an error in the app showing me I have an active order which is already taken becouse I tried accepting it 3 times and it says it taken, the app still shows its available. Oh and once I didn't use my clubcard and payed full price but the guys from beelivery payed me like I had a discount so I lost 2 pound. I did send them feedback but got no reply about it.. this app wastes a lot of my battery and I only make like 1 order a month becouse all the good close orders are instantly taken by auto grabbers or people from like 10 miles away. Shocking, just use deliveroo people the staff of this company doesn't want you to get items fast they sometimes send orders from 17-20 miles away to me, its a joke this should be sent so far maybe after 40 minutes of waiting as a last resort. 🖕

Worst experience ever says 15 to 60 minutes to deliver waited over two hours the whole thing is a con and a complete rip off absolutely disgraceful

Was very expensive however a very good service. I needed to get medication for my daughter as she was unwell and I did not know where to go and get it from and it was 2am in the morning so used this service and got goods delivered to my hotel. Delivered within the hour and got correct goods. Very impressed and sorted a stressful situation

Ordered at 01.47, was allocated a driver "hamed" who was "setting out to the grocery store" for me. 2 hours later and tracking showed me "hamed" had not moved from his location. 3 emails later and another hour later i finally get a reply from beelivery "customer service" We are very sorry but your driver can no longer complete your order, your order has been cancelled. THREE HOURS i was waiting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY WITH NO REGARD FOR IT'S CUSTOMERS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Said they would deliver but just kept putting me off

i was regular beelivery customer always made order for myself and my older and disabled brother who is in hospital now. i ordered for my brother which is in hospital and always beelivery get him my orders but this time the deliver man brought order to my address instead to take it to hospital for my brother.i called them but unfortuntaly they didnt do amything about that. and otherthimgs few times i canceled few items but they never refound me back.amd their service is very expensive.

I'm beelivery driver, and very unhappy with the way they treated me, we do work very hard to collect carefully and deliver the order to customers hoping to be treated with respect and pay us the full amount and that turn to be uneasy thing to do, have to keep correcting them to pay me the right amount.
Last order I made I use voucher on the receipt and they refuse to pay me this not sure if customer service or company but that not right, so they charge the customer full amount of items and they didn't pay me the discounted voucher, instead they took to themselves, completely thieves.
One thing as well they charge people nearly double price of the items they purchased

Wonderful service and nice shoppers..... gave a good tip as drivers so nice

Made an order a couple of days ago, later added on a £2 driver tip all was fine then the following day they charged me another £2 (for nothing) and ever since then they keep charging me an extra 2 pound every couple of days! Do not use!!!

If you have a gift card every thing goes weird so don’t bother

Total waste of time, constantly having to go checkout, never delivered responded next day, what's the point of a delivery service that doesn't deliver

I paid at least £30 pounds more for the item I ordered than it retails at, then they delivered an even cheaper (by about £19 ) and refused to refund anything. Apparently the driver said he had rung and got permission for the substitution- untrue. So £50 for the ‘convenience’ of getting a £23 pound item - not the one I ordered - delivered. According to their customer service this is what the difference is for! I feel such a mug - don’t let them do it to you! Update on4July. Ihave had numerous e mails from customer support at beelivery, but none saying there was anything wrong or that I was entitled to a refund. However I have just received an email from PayPal ( I had also lodged my complaint with them) saying that they had received a refund of £40 from beelivery - so now feeling a lot better!

Horrible experience every single time. Always missing items or they substitute with cheaper items to keep more money. Way over priced and horrible customer service. The drivers will request pin before handing you bag but customer service gives you problems about missing items because you provided pin to driver. It says delivery in 15-60 minutes and it is sometimes double that and it asks you to provide a larger tip to get a driver. A 5 pound tip on top of the delivery fee it already charges is ridiculous and for that price I would expect to get my items…but no.

Dire - say they have drivers available in post code but don't fullfill orders due to ' high demand ' yet there is no high demand. False advertising no drivers in the area at all.

Ordered 18 cans of stella artois, 8 cans of carling arrived but charged same price absolutely silly company.

I have used Beelivery a few times but have been mugged twice. The initial email does not give the code. On both occassions They would not give me my paid for goods because I didn’t have the Pin and seemed to enjoy this no doubt because they trousered my orders as a “perk”. The reason I did not have the pin number is it wasnt sent on each occassion till this clown had left by text. When it arrived to late who can you contact the driver? Beelivery? Never Again.
