It was very good and easy to use
It was very good and easy to use. I would like to have ordered one more item in the same category than had been requested - it was a wine coaster and I thought two was better than one - but the website would not let me. Maybe that is to stop 4 toasters being bought which I do understand.

Don't Ever Use The Wedding Present Company
We didn't receive at least 30% of our wedding list presents due to items being discontinued, which is just ridiculous. We have written thank you letters for presents we will never receive, barely an apology from the WPC and the credit we got for the presents that were discontinued we then bought something else that was then discontinued, They then refused to transfer the credit we had to our bank account and said the money had to be spent with them. Presents that were bought were then also duplicated. You simply can't write it. I strongly advise you not to use them and look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're very sorry to hear how disappointed you have been, particularly after choosing replacement gifts only to experience further availability issues.
As we don't hold stock ourselves, gifts are ordered directly from our brand and supplier partners. This does mean that we are ultimately reliant on their ongoing stock availability and, unfortunately, products can occasionally be discontinued or become unavailable after they have been selected or purchased.
We can see that you chose a Fixed List, which offers the greatest chance of us being able to secure your chosen gifts as orders are placed once they are purchased by your guests. However, even with a Fixed List, we sadly cannot guarantee availability completely where circumstances with a supplier or product change beyond our control.
We completely appreciate how frustrating this has been, particularly given the number of gifts affected and your subsequent experience with replacements. I can see that you're already in contact with our team, who will continue to work with you and look into the concerns you've raised in more detail.

Buying a wedding gift
I found it a little difficult to find the wedding list I was looking for to buy a present. Once into the list it was easy to navigate but I was also disappointed at the cost of wrapping, gift card and postage. I don’t believe this was value for money.
