Extremely disappointing experience – do not use this company
We had a terrible experience with The Wedding Shop.
It took over four months for our full order to be available, which is completely unreasonable. During delivery, DPD lost one of the items, adding further delay and frustration.
When a replacement was finally sent by The Wedding Shop, it was clearly second-hand. The mirror arrived in an already opened box, and even worse, it contained another customer’s personal details inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about both quality control and data protection.
For a company specialising in wedding gifts, where reliability and attention to detail really matter, this service was shockingly poor. The delays, lack of care, and handling of personal data fell far below any acceptable standard.
I would strongly advise others not to use this company.
